I am in the process of sending two items back that are way too small and having difficulty reaching their Customer Service

Great choice of clothing. Good quality fabric. Sizing good too.

I ordered over $115 from this company. None of the items I ordered were of the quality I thought nor did they fit properly. They are impossible to reach for return authorization and they do not want to give full refund. They want to negoitate an amount. They offered me $15 and to keep item. Insane. Not customer friendly. Do not order from them, you have been warned!!!!

My order was just as how the pictures looked of the dresses I ordered. They were true to the size. I contacted their service dept to see when my order was gonna be shipped, and I recieved them not long after the confirmation.

I like the items and they fit well. They did take a long time to arrive, though.

I have ordered and now I am in limbo with no tracking number or ship date. I have tried to reach them through multiple sites and nothing. The total charge to my card was not what I saw at checkout. Not feeling confident about this site and will dispute the charge.

I love the 2 mini dresses , but my other order of 2 items was doubled & I received 2 of each( only wanted 1 of each)- how do I have it adjusted?

Shopping was easy. Clothes are of good quality. Pricing is great. Very good service.

This dress is very much too large. The fabric is cheap. The fit is nothing like the picture.
When I tried to reach the customer service for return I could never get any kind of return authorization.
The address they gave for returns went nowhere.
I would stay as far away from this company as possible!!

SCAM! I would rate this a negative number if I could. The clothing was such poor quality that when I took the clothing out of bag, literally chunks of material and thread fell out. They said this was made in the USA but it is not - false advertising! They won't refund my full refund and want to give me $25 when I ordered $174!!!! They keep emailing me to negotiate a refund!

This dress is very comfortable and true to size. Can’t wait to wear it on the cruise. Very nice soft material.

I was very happy, I loved the dresses but one was too small on the chest, I always wear medium.
I wanted to send it back but they said they will just resend me a larger size I just have to pay for shipping, I do want to know what that costs before I agree.
When you email it takes a few days for a response, just to give a heads up.

I ordered a bunch of clothing that said made in So Carolina and looked great on line. Upon arrival (which took forever) they were all made using cheap fabric, very poor quality, not true to size ran very small and impossible to return!!!
Turns out they from from China and we’re made there too probably. So dissatisfied. Into the goodwill bag or garage sale they go. Never again!!!!

The products are great. I liked it so much thatI bought 3 the same top for gifts.

But I still have a problem of getting a return label for a top for my niece that was too small. I just want to return it, and need a return label. Please !!!

Fast delivery. Items are as described and fit perfectly . Easy clean. Machine wash.
