Pure scam. Stay away from Rarebet!
Registered via streamer Zloy referral link. On February 14, 2026, I requested a $1500 crypto withdrawal. They kept canceling it repeatedly for a whole week. After that they asked for Level 4 verification, including full proof of income source.
I submitted all required documents on February 23. They promised to review within 72 hours.
Today is March 21 — almost a month later — and zero progress: verification not done, funds frozen, account useless. Support completely ignores messages now.
This is a deliberate tactic: cancel withdrawals endlessly, force endless KYC, then ghost you to prevent payout. Classic scam behavior seen in many reviews here.
Do NOT play at Rarebet, especially through Zloy's ref link. When you win, they will do everything to keep your money. I already complained to Curacao gaming authorities. Avoid this fraudulent site at all costs!

Withholding of winnings and intentional delay of KYC verification to prevent payout.

I won 10,000 USD on Rarebet and attempted to withdraw my funds several times. Each attempt was canceled due to successive KYC requirements:

Initially, I was asked to complete Level 1 KYC verification, which I successfully passed.

Upon requesting a withdrawal again, it was canceled due to Level 2 verification – I also passed this step.

After another withdrawal attempt, the casino requested Level 3 verification. I submitted all required documents and was told to wait 72 hours.

It has now been 5 days, and my account remains unverified, preventing me from accessing or withdrawing my funds.

This ongoing delay effectively blocked my winnings, and due to the inability to withdraw, I eventually lost the entire balance through further gameplay. I believe this was an intentional strategy to avoid paying out legitimate winnings and constitutes a violation of fair gaming and responsible conduct obligations under Curaçao’s licensing framework.

Account Blocked After Full Compliance – Extremely Disappointed

After nearly two months of back-and-forth with Rarebet, my account was suddenly blocked, despite submitting all requested documents.

I provided:

Bank statements from my banking app

Employment contract with hire date

Payslips for each salary payment

A 6-month bank statement showing salary deposits

Bonus confirmation letter

Each deposit had matching documentation. Still, Rarebet gave vague reasons like “suspicious timing of deposits.” My salary was paid on 27.06.2025, and I submitted proof after that date.

They now ask for documents from tax authorities or accountants—yet I work for a sole proprietor (IP) who manages payroll directly. Taxes are already deducted and reflected in both the contract and statements.

I submitted over 12 documents, and Rarebet chose to block my account instead of resolving the issue. This feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid payout.

I strongly urge Rarebet to re-examine my case. Such treatment is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional.

Winnings inability to withdraw
I won the amount of 8 thousand dollars and I can't withdraw it due to verification.
Moreover, I have sent a document confirming my funds, albeit partially. But it's not enough(the amount of deposits is higher).
Since I live in the CIS countries and work for a large organization, they do not change the information for the casino format.
That freezes me. The casino manager does not respond to the assistant of a major streamer for 3 days.
Poor service

They scammed me and never paid me out over 1500 xrp. They are scammers, please don't play this project. I have contacted there authorities and will be filing a case.

Its SCAM Casino! If you win something, they'll do anything to maximize your verification. It doesn't matter what you deposit from. You'll just verify everything. But okay, it's a common thing BUT when you make a deposit with cryptocurrency you have to prove where you got the cryptocurrency from).

The best part is that you will be asked for level 1-2 verification first, you will upload your documents and then wait 5-7 days for them to be verified and after that another level 3-4 and it will take a while

I played on a lot of online casinos but none of them took money just for making second account, funniest part is that you can make multi account deposit money and play, but when you want to withdraw it, then they disable your account and you cant even log to it not even Talking about withdrawing. And besides that you have to wait about 10+ hours to withdraw money, once i had to wait whole Day to withdraw 400 eur.
