I found the equipment I needed in Raptor Supplies
I found the equipment I needed in Raptor Supplies. It took several more days to deliver it to me, as they faced a delay in receiving the goods from the supplier. Raptor Supplies upgraded the shipping to FedEx International Priority so to make up for lost time. The customer service was very helpful in the whole proces.
Great Service
Excellent services provided from the team, with prompt responses every time!
Terrible
Terrible, incompetent, slow customer service.
Returning items was a major pain. Incompetence is the primary issue. It felt like I was getting scammed.
Brilliant costumer service
Brilliant costumer service! I have placed an order through them for an important costumer of ours and my experience was great! even though they didn't know us as a company (we are Italy based) they did all they could to help us and give us all the support we needed. I was satisfied with the whole process, from the quotation request to the actual delivery. The items came on time and everything was really easy. My contact person is Anoop who has been very kind and understanding and I am looking forward to establish an ongoing business relationship with this company.
One of the Most Stressful Buying Experiences We've Had. Completely Unacceptable.
Before I begin, it's worth noting that Raptor Supplies did eventually resolve the issues we encountered. However, the journey getting there was one of the most frustrating, stressful, and confusing procurement experiences we've had in recent memory.
Raptor presents itself as a global supplier, but it's important to understand how their operation works. While initial communication is fast and professional, something they handle very well, much of the rest is lacking in clarity and reliability. They appear to be a procurement intermediary, with operations based in India and satellite customer service and sales teams scattered internationally. Their model relies on sourcing goods through third-party distributors, not holding stock themselves despite what they claim.
We approached them regarding a hard-to-source part, and were told it was in stock and could be shipped immediately. Based on this, we agreed pricing and were asked to pay via bank transfer. (A word of advice: always pay via credit card to protect your position, especially with international vendors.)
After payment in mid-April, the story quickly changed. Suddenly, the item was not in stock, it was on order, and they were "awaiting confirmation." At this point, we knew we were unlikely to meet our internal deadlines.
Weeks of back-and-forth emails followed. Eventually, in early May, the goods were dispatched and arrived a few days later. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there.
Out of four parts ordered, only two were in new condition. The other two were visibly old stock: rusted, poorly packaged, clearly used, and showing signs of extended shelf life. Even the supposedly new parts looked dusty and marked, as if they’d been sitting unprotected for some time.
When we raised this with Raptor, we were told the condition was "outside of their control" despite being assured that the goods had been checked at their warehouse. It became clear that no such checks were done; the items were most likely drop-shipped directly from a U.S. distributor with no quality control.
It then took a further month to source replacements. In total, the process took over six weeks for parts that were claimed to be in stock at the outset and worse still, we received used items. We ultimately had to threaten a chargeback through our credit card provider due to the financial penalties we were facing for delayed supply.
In summary, while Raptor Supplies did eventually sort out the issue, it took considerable pressure and escalation to get there. The experience was far from pleasant, and we would be extremely hesitant to work with them again unless their service levels improved dramatically.
Final Verdict:
Raptor has potential, but their procurement model, communication transparency, and quality control procedures all fall short. The glossy website and fast initial replies can be misleading. Read the reviews carefully, we wish we had. Sadly, based on our experience, we cannot recommend them.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Bought Pad eyes from them. They promised deliver within 6 to 9 days but after 3 weeks, the order never came. They kept delaying the delivery dates. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
I was looking for a part that was impossible to find locally.
I was looking for a part that was proving extremely elusive to find until I found Raptor Supplies. Finding the part on their website was easy. The payment process was simple and the delivery service was first rate. Delivered days ahead of the promised date. First class experience overall.

Good price and timely delivery
The most utterly incompetent company…
The most utterly incompetent company and staff I have ever encountered. Totally clueless, unhelpful. Told me they did not have the part before I told them what I even wanted. Spoken to by a member of staff who sounded like he was asleep and completely uninterested. Sadly not for the first time this has happened but will definitely be the last. How this useless company and staff are even in business is a wonder. Hope senior management read this review (if they can even read) .

GREEDY or MISGUIDED
I've been waiting for the new Milwaukee Sub Compact M12 Impact Driver (3453-20) to hit the UK shores.
It retails for about $90 in the USA, that converts to about £67 here.
I know it's not cheap to get stuff delivered from the States, but it's not that bad when you buy in bulk on a container ship, so you can imagine the disgust at finding the price on Raptor Supplies to be £200.60 for the Bare Unit, no battery......
I don't think Raptor are a bad company, but the top knobs in the Board Room need to look in the mirror and ask themselves if they're morally misguided or just greedy profiteers.
I'll wait until a few stores have it in stock before I buy it.
