Never a single problem with Rappi in…

Never a single problem with rappi in Medellín Colombia, nor their rapid and correct customer service. A tough hard work for the valiant people men and women providing this excellent service.
Do not recognize any of the bad reviews.
A secure way and wide access to a lot within comfort and security of your home.
Do not agree, try go out at night time in Medellín yourselves.

Ordered groceries

Ordered groceries. Most of the order was not fulfilled and all the food and fruit the shopper picked was bad quality, stale and The banana was open. Instead of giving me back my money they wanna give me credits. And when I tell them to give me a refund they tell me they’ve given me the max refund? How is reimbursing me for items you were not able to fulfill considered you giving me a maximum refund? So I spend more money on their stupidity. No thank you. Never again

Money Grab

Just like all the other reviews on here, they proceeded to bill me after I had canceled my account. When I tried to reactivate my account to see if it was my mistake and something was valid, my phone number was mysteriously "blocked" so that I could not create an account tied to it. I tried to complain both through their help center - which is absolutely useless - and directly by email, to which I received a generic reply in Spanish. I had a notification stating that they read my email, so they apparently just don't care. My advice would be to save your money and find alternate ways to order food/groceries.

Aweful service

Aweful service. They will never admit a mistake ……. Ever. They will take your money any chance they get. This is why their reviews are so aweful because they are accurate. I have had Delivery people treat me terribly then say I cancelled the order or have wrong address just to punish me. Rappi still charged me all my groceries and I receive nothing. This happened twice. They say it’s my fault. This is why everyone loves Starbucks and hates Rappi
And the customer service are not people but could be better than actual people so I won’t judge there

Scam

There's a reason Rappi has a 1 star rating here. I've tried to cancel multiple times. Rappi charged me for the "Pro" service several months after I cancelled. I was in French Guiana, Suriname, and Guyana where Rappi doesn't even exist. I got billed for an order in Coritiba that was never delivered. They claim they can speak English, but every time I've tried to report this to Customer Service they immediately end the chat and send you to their "Virtual specialist," which is just a FAQ page that was never designed correctly.

I never leave reviews, but this is by far the sh***ttiest app I've ever used in my life, I tried six different cards, they were taking $1 deposits on my cards and I was validating them, then they removed the option for me to use credit card so I tried to use cash only and I got rejected, use ubereat instead, have a good one!

Refused to refund me

Refused to refund me for a order that I ordered and did not receive after having proof of asking the rappi delivery driver why it was taking so long woth no response back from him. This is a scam company, stay away!

Cannot delete my account after theft

This company refuses to refund for products missing in my order. Nor can I cancel my account because, as i follow through the motions through their technical support, it leaves me hanging trying to delete the account and I cannot complete the process. I've heard they abuse credit cards so, naturally, i want to fully delete the account to avoid any scam charges from a clearly scam company.

REFUSED TO REFUND THEIR CHARGE FOR THE ORDER I HAD NOT PLACED, NOR RECEIVED. STORED MY DEBIT CARD DATA AGAINST MY INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CONTRARY, STEAR CLEAR!!!!

They charged me for the order I did not place, nor received, using the card I had explicitly requested NOT to store, Their so called customer service is a full fledged scam and fraud operation, They refused to issue a refund for the order I had not placed, nor received. They have ignored my demands to close my trial account with them,
The contact email addresses they list at various professional web sites for their so called management all end up the "no reply collective basket". Both their customer service site and their FB page are operated by bots, who give the intentionally misleading "information",,
Till now, I have never thought that such open full fledged scam can possibly exist as a big multinational company. THEY MUST BE INVESTIGATED BY THE FBI INTERNET FRAUD UNIT and forbidden to accept any debit and credit card,
Cash on delivery only,

And the delivery is goddamn slow, The food arrives cold, Have tried them 3 times, while moving and unpacking, The third time was the scam "charm" - thieves and fraud.

Do not use this app

Every time we tried to order, either the app can't find a courier (in Medellín) or the restaurant cancels the order. The customer service is also ridiculous, do better. When reading the other reviews I'm glad that we did not have the order to get through.

DO NOT USE RAPPI !!!
Rappi literally steals funds from the account you link for payment, with no explanation and no way to contact anyone for clarification. From April 4th to April 20th I was charged 8490.84 pesos for 4680.26 pesos worth of products I ordered. I had not ordered anything since April 12th and on April 20th they charged my bank 1727.35 pesos for absolutely no reason. This occurred several times in a short period, before I could catch the thefts. That’s a total of 3810.58 pesos ($222.37 USD). I tried their “Customer Service” and it was a nightmare with no resolution. I repeat DO NOT USE RAPPI.

Update: I went to my bank in Mexico to tell them not to pay any funds to Rappi in the future. I was told that that wasn’t safe enough and I needed to cancel the debit card information I gave to Rappi. They told me to stay clear of Rappi. I canceled the card.

WORST DELIVERY APP

If you want cold food, delivery people stealing your food or money, and terrible/null support if something happens, download this app. (plus pay for stupid high fees).
Picture below is what happens when you claim for a stolen product, 1 calls his "gang", call the police claiming that we stole from him, stop working and verbally assault the doorman saying they will hurt him if he doesn't let them in.
Still haven't heard back from them. So have fun with the app
