AVOID! Selling items out of stock. They charge you, then cancel your order and refuse to issue a refund. Had to open a fraudulent case with Credit Card company. Also, no response to email and phone number not working. Sketchy af.
Ordered a Dremel from them end of March , delivery date was beginning of April , never arrived , Order status is still on order , multiple emails sent no reply and been going on for 6 weeks now , phone number is not recognised .....
Ordered motherboard. Order accepted and delivery date provided. I relied on this to order parts from elsewhere to attach to that particular motherboard. Then got a similar letter to others cancelling the order. Now out of pocket with items I can't use. Best avoided.
Placed an order then recieved the following email almost immediately:
"Order [number] was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has not yet been refunded."
Ordered.
Got a delivery date.
The next day I was emailed and told the product was not in stock and never would be.
Was refunded (unconfirmed).
Not a very good experience.
