Test certificate not as sample avoid

Covid test certificate does not look like the sample one. Booked through rapidtest and the result came from home2lab. No details of the registered company from the gov website which has approved hospitalnote not home2lab. Sent message but says no response for maybe 24 hrs so have had to book an expensive airport test instead

We would also like to apologize for the confusion, we have upgraded our system to make it seamless hence all certificates going out are under Home2Lab, our main company. However. rest assured that both certificates from Home2Lab and Rapid Travel Test are valid and acceptable.

Unreliable & zero customer service. AVOID!

Unreliable & zero customer service.

I ordered two PCR tests in advance per instructions on their website. Tests were ordered and paid for including payment of next working day delivery, I allowed an extra day incase.

I planned to return the tests by 1pm via Royal Mail Special Delivery and understood that the results would then be back with me two days later allowing us time to travel the following day.

The day before travel, I was still waiting to receive notification that the tests had been dispatched, were delayed or simply not coming at all.

I had to make alternative arrangements, at additional expense and inconvenience to us, at a drive through clinic at an airport near us.

I have called and been re-directed to an email address, I have emailed several times, again no receipt of my emails and no idea if I will be refunded my money.

I am now over £150 out of pocket, having had to fork out for the cost of the additional PCR test as well as these tests.

Avoid at all costs.

Very pleased with the service

Very pleased with the service. The test arrived within the declared timeframe (ordered Sunday evening, arrived Tuesday morning), and once I sent back the result via an online form I had my signed certificate in a matter of minutes. Very good service for a reasonable price (at least by UK standards...)

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Went on holiday in September and their website did not allow us to upload any images. When we sent them via email it took two attempts to call them to get the certificate, and they sent us one with an invalid date - meaning we had to purchase another lateral flow test at the airport. I have tried to contact them via email twice since and I have heard nothing back.

I am very satisfied with rapidtraveltest service

I am very satisfied with rapidtraveltest.co.uk service. From my experience I can say that it is a very reliable company. I wanted to travel abroad and needed the soonest possible the pre-departure covid test kit and the fit-to-fly certification. They have done exactly what they advertised o website in terms of test (24h) and results (60') delivery dates . And when I emailed them asking for some more clarifications, they kindly replied within 15'. I strongly recommend them and of course I will re-order covid19 tests whenever needed.

Unreliable and downright dubious

Ordered a lateral flow Fit to Fly test plus Day 2 PCR test at the same time. Fit to Fly arrived within a couple of days. No Day 2 despite repeated chasing and even an acknowledgement that it had been sent. Now over two weeks later still no test (or responses to emails) and out of pocket by around £70. Obviously sending out the cheap lateral flows and not bothering to send the PCRs.

The test arrived a day after I bought it

The test arrived a day after I bought it, the result I submitted was acknowledged just two hours after and released the mandatory travel certificate. The 1st certificate had the wrong sample time, but a second later it came another already corrected. It is super easy.

I am now waiting more than 4 hours and…

I am now waiting more than 4 hours and counting for the confirmation of my result, not that I ever believed it would be within 60min. As people before me noticed the submission process must somehow deleting the photo. I have send photo separately by email - twice - and re-submitted the results. My flight is tomorrow and if that submission fails I can't travel! This is outrageous

Completely useless!

Completely useless!

Got the rapid flow tests to do a pre departure test before returning to UK from Spain. The form on the website kept deleting data entered when uploading the required pictures, then once I managed to submit the test, it came back unsuccessful due to the test being used previously? No idea how, but I suspect a system administrative error.

I contacted the company and got back a standard reply saying they were dealing with my query.

In the end I had to get a rapid flow test and travel certificate from a clinic in Spain, which was only 20 Euros. Much simpler way of doing it.

It's now been three days and still not been contacted by the company. I'll be chasing for my money back from them.

Total disaster

Test arrived and sent off at 3pm. No results so spent 45min, 14min then 6min before disconnected from customer services. This line is supposed to stay open until 10pm and they shut it down at 7pm.
Our flight is at 6am and we have no test results, so we have been totally and utterly screwed by this company and may lose our flights and hundreds of pounds. And not see our family at Christmas.

Unreliable PCR delivery

I have used this service around 3 times. The lateral flow tests are convenient, after upload of the photo to the website a PDF certificate comes quickly. However, I ordered a Day 2 PCR test which was never delivered! Very unreliable service and customer helpline is not responding

4 hours for Fit to Fly from at home LFT

Took an at home lateral flow test on December 16 at 8.30am and received Fit to Fly certificate at 12.30pm. It doesn't take 60 minutes, but for me it took 3/4 hours. Also, I tries phoning the centre but was on hold for an hour, so don't expect someone to pick up!
