Liam was our first point of contact, he came to our house the following day and explained our options fully then sent competitive quotes a few hours later. I rang him a few times with questions and he was more than willing to help. We had the boiler fitted the following week by John and Jay. They worked as a team throughout the day….they were prompt, friendly and professional. Carpets were covered throughout the house which meant there was very little cleaning needed when the job was complete.
After a long working day they took the time to explain the operating instructions, which was very much appreciated. Overall a very satisfactory experience. Thanks all.

Josh, rang to let me know he was on his way and his estimated arrival time would be.
When he arrived he was very polite and got straight to work. I raised a concern regarding the exterior wall showing signs of damp around the expansion pipe overflow which he addressed immediately.
