Even if you have to enter into a hardship arrangement they will still continue with 22% interest and 15% arrears fee. I’ve been paying this loan off forever, I’ve experienced homelessness a few times due to the change in economy (I’m a single mum) my loan actually went backwards this year by about 2.5k I’ve had it for 5 years and I haven’t touched the principal. SHOP AROUND! I’ve been bounced between collection officers, sent links I can’t open and as a result had hardship applications unapproved with no empathy or understanding or review of my financial situation. I get its dog eat dog out here but actual banks care more about their customers business. Just think twice!

Absolute scam had 759 credit score then applied now 430 credit score and didn’t even get the loan, they scam refer you to 3 other places Now finance and driver loans even put up a 5k car for the 10k loan and nothing false advertisement…. Once I sell my inherited property I will be seeking a law suit. Don’t care if I loose it all on this they will pay.

Went through the whole process and supplied all documentation. No response from them.

Worst company I've ever delt with avoid at all cost

Do not go with rapid loans.they sold me junk insurance,which they refunded but now I have to pay an invoice of $649 which I don't mind playing,ive emailed them about a refund on the 22% interest I've been paying on a $15500 instead of the $13500 loan which totals nearly $1000 over 22 months, but they won't reply I will be advising my solicitor if they don't get back to me.please stay away from this mob.also they lie, and this I have proof of.

The Best. Can’t fault them. I was referred to Rapid Loans through Driva and I was blown away at how quick they approved my loan when others said NO.

DO NOT GO WITH THEM! DO YOUR RESEARCH! The absolute worst experience. I am trying to lower my costs by buying a new car, so i am trying to sell my car, but rapid loans won’t release my car so i can sell it. which now i’m stuck with paying high debt with the current cost of living crisis. If you want to be able to move money around in your day to day life. DO NOT GO WITH RAPID LOANS, they will absolutely ream you until you are in a financial distress. they are the worst company i have ever had to deal with when it comes to finance!
if i could rate negative stars, i absolutely would. and their team just degrades you when you talk to them, they act like their superior and talk down to you like you know nothing.

I found the whole process easy, fast and efficient. Carmen my case manager was amazing. Professional and very helpful.
Highly recommend talking to Carmen if you’re contemplating taking out a loan with Rapid.

Carmen was a great consultant, and really helped me not only understand the process of my loan application. But drove to push it through before another wave of debt repayments came through to bite me. Would recommend her and Rapid to any individual dealing with debt, without a doubt. :)
