I was scheduled for a phone interview…

I was scheduled for a phone interview with Rapid Finance, coordinated thru their recruiter. Only to discover—after waiting and calling-in myself—that they had already moved forward with another candidate. No prior cancellation notice, status update or apology was attempted before or after.
This experience was disappointing and lacking in professionalism. Candidates deserve clear communication for their time.
