Usury
The worst financing product imaginable. Everybody knows merchant cash advances are a desperation move, one step away from borrowing from the local mafia loan shark. Do the math- you're on the hook for an effective interest rate of well over 50%, often over 100%. Plus daily or weekly automatic repayments.
Please do yourself a favor and don't do this. If you need this, your business is not viable. Just close it. This loan will eventually force you down that road anyway, but at a much greater cost to your personal credit and mental health. Let it go.
At least the mafia guy will just break your legs, and legs heal.
