I have been following Ranktracker for some time now, and my experience with this tool and its founder, Felix Rose-Collins, has been far from positive. I purchased a Lifetime Deal for Ranktracker, but instead of enjoying long-term benefits, my access to the tool was restricted. It’s disappointing to see that the promises made during the purchase were never fulfilled. Instead, users are forced to pay for an annual support plan just to regain access to the tool they already paid for.

If you dare to speak out against these practices, your account is simply deleted. It’s outrageous how Ranktracker treats its customers. These poor business practices clearly show that the founder is more interested in quick profits than in satisfied customers. Many users who opted for a Lifetime Deal feel justifiably cheated and exploited.

It’s unfortunate that AppSumo ever partnered with this founder. I hope they are more cautious in the future and avoid getting involved with such questionable projects again. Ranktracker is, in my opinion, an absolute disgrace, and I strongly advise against using this tool.

A Huge Scam!

I purchased a lifetime license from Ranktracker over AppSumo, expecting to have access to their service for as long as the company exists. However, I recently found out that I can no longer use the service without selecting a new plan. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like a complete scam.

When I bought the license, I understood "lifetime" to mean that I would have access to the product as long as the company was around. Now, they've arbitrarily decided to place a plan selection in front of the service I already paid for.

Tool is just average. On top of that, main problem is after paying so much money, now I don't have access to the tool unless I upgrade the account. There are hundreds of better rank trackers so please choose any of those tools.

The support team did not offer any solutions or explanations, leaving me feeling frustrated and cheated.

Data Loss and Trust Issues
As a marketer, my data is incredibly valuable to me. The fact that Ranktracker has locked me out of my own data unless I pay more is not only unethical but also a breach of trust. This data was gathered using their tools while I was under the impression that I had lifetime access. Now, I am unable to access months of important information unless I succumb to their extortionate demands.

Misleading Marketing
Ranktracker’s marketing is highly misleading. They lure you in with the promise of lifetime access at a seemingly reasonable price, only to later change the terms of service unilaterally. Their practices reflect a lack of integrity and respect for their customers.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Ranktracker.

I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with Ranktracker. Initially, the company seemed promising, offering us a lifetime plan for €152. However, after only 5 months of use, our account was blocked without any valid explanation.

We contacted customer service several times, but the responses were vague and unsatisfactory. It is clear that Ranktracker does not honor its commitments and uses deceptive business practices.

I consider this situation a complete scam. We lost not only our investment but also valuable time and data. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Do not be fooled by their enticing offers, as behind them are thieves and scammers.

I bought a lifetime deal costing 299$ !!!!!

When I connected to my account 2 weeks ago, I saw that I needed to pay a yearly plan of 82$.
I bought a LIFETIME deal !!

I bought their life time deal from Appsumo since 2022. I rarely use it. Til now April 2024 I come back and I can not access any features of the app.

I've never received an email from them to let me know about the suspension. Without noticing, they seems a big scammer. They lose their word, lose client's trust.

I bought a life time deal, that is, I payed to have access to Ranktracker for life. After about a year they blocked access to my account demanding that I start paying a yearly fee for "support". So stay away from these guys!

Scam - locked me out of the account despite having purchased several lifetime licenses via AppSumo!

Once they got enough capital from lifetime offer buyers, they simply blocked all those customers and started forcing them to buy new monthly plans.
