Anthony Lauria and Paul Silva have excellent communication skills. I was not even their client but called and was seeking some advise about how to get my Google Business Verified. Currently, I was already working with an Digital Marketing Company and was seeking to get with another company to see if they can get my verified. Paul Silva was concerned about the other marketing company ( Apex Media Solutions) not being able to help me out fully and told me what they should be doing. He was right! The women working on account I believed was not really qualified or at least not really listening. Anthony Lauria at least tried to help me setup my Google Business Page with no charge to see if will go through. At least he had compassion enough to help me. Thanks you guys!!!!!!

These guys are absolutely horrible. They took my old site down and left me with a half finished, useless site and now they're nowhere to be found.

beware it is a scam!!! Don't fall for it.

They took my money just before Christmas and they have done nothing. This company is a big scam. Now I phone and the number ask you to press 6 to connect then it cuts you off. They must have a system that recognizes the people they scammed. We are a small business and this amount of money is extremely hurtful. I wish I lived in Philly so I could walk into this apparent office.

Scammers. Avoid like the plague.

Bryan is very patient and nice. we have 3 hours time difference, he even arranged a phone meeting at my favorite time but in the night for him.
we went through all details through the phone for a hour, he is always patient to have answered all my questions and demands... highly recommend him!

I promise you will regret signing up with this company. Find someone else. I wish I had read reviews and been warned before they stole $400 from me. And I do mean stole. Let me tell you what you need to know.
One. Their English is not great so it makes communication really hard.
Two. They give you a great “deal” for two extra months and then promise you can cancel and get a refund if you are not satisfied.
Three. When you are HIGHLY unsatisfied bc of their horrible communication and crappy work (they don’t produce good work) they will not let you cancel. I tried on three occasions to cancel and they just kept pushing me back and wouldn’t let me. Finally I clarified the date and got it in writing when I could cancel and still get my money back, and they still did not do it. Erwin, after literally arguing with me on 3 different occasions, told me my refund would be in my account in 7 days. Guess what showed up in my account from RankMeLocally today? A “refund” for $1.84. Let me repeat, I paid them for $400 for 2 months of work that they did not do. So they did let me cancel and stopped working on my project, they just didn’t give me my money back. This company is beyond shady. I am, like another reviewer, taking legal action. I have all of our communication in writing. And all of the conversations are recorded. They are pretty stupid to be this bad with their customers. Hope it was worth stealing my $400 to get these kinds of reviews Erwin. If you are looking for SEO or marketing help I would definitely look elsewhere.
