I canceled my subscription because I was not interested in using them after the trial and they still proceeded to run my PayPal account constantly taking $60 I have messaged them and disputed the transaction with my bank. Stop trying to force people to continue the services especially during this time.

RankingCoach is effective. I have seen my website progress.Better than other apps who are charging too much. The "no cancellation fee" policy they have is what I appreciate most . I highly recommend RankingCoach.

Signing up for Ranking Coach is easy. Getting out of the trial is hard. I honestly think this service could help my businesses. There were some good reviews. However they are very deceptive about getting away from there services and scam you back into the fold. I took a free 7 day trial with the option to cancel at anytime in that period. On the fourth day I decided I didn't have time at this point to do all the things to rank higher in search engines. Of course, they had an option to do all the footwork for you at additional price. So I went to cancel on their website and it took 15 minutes or more to find a way to opt out. You have to go through the hoops. Finally found it. After canceling it I got two email with two different discount prices to continue with the program. The second offer was very good, $20 a month. I thought for that price I'd give it a try. Well they hit my Paypal account in a matter of minutes and not for the $20 a month but for the yearly subscription rate of $249. No where did it say it would bill as a one time payment. Trying to get a hold of someone to cancel the service was impossible and I was forced to stop payment.t to Paypal through my bank. I have had a great relationship with Paypal and I'm waiting to see the flack I will take for doing this. So my final thought is that Ranking Coach might be a good service but you would have to be a simpleton to deal with their money grabbing policies.

After having issues that had been resolved I then decided to cancel the free trial service within the trial period. Unfortunately I’ve been charged after the cancellation and no one has answered my emails.

It really helped me to improve my SEO. Nice support, I highly recommend this tool.

I hate to leave reviews but for those company it needs to learn more our community. I accidentally subscribed in February 2019 after one month I asked to cancel they said you can not because you are in 12 month contract I said where does show that?any ways they said on the website terms and agreement. I stayed until now I am requesting to cancel because the year is ending they told me since you added new project you will again stayed another one year .it is jock. First of all when I add new project it does not show any messages that says 12 month contract plus the amount that shows extra 24 $ not 49$.i could say don't go this company because they are just want to hold you in contract not to give you a services .the reports are fake.

I am so sad I have had to place a review to try and get the attention of this company. I have emailed consistantly after accidentally pressing the wrong Button to subscribe (I emailed them within 2 minutes to inform them of my error} which I asked to be cancelled) well within my consumer rights. So 4 weeks later many emails sent with formulated replies sharing someone will get back to me, I find myself sadly looking for ways to recover my payment.
As previously shared on the reviews below ( the good ones must be fake) this company is shocking, I can't recall ever being scammed to this level.
Tip of the day? Listen to the reviews, many unhappy people who have been scammed and sadly I one of the unlucky ones. I look forward to my reply which will in no doubt be like the others... send us a letter in writing by with no address forwarded to send the letter to.

The site I wanted to rank for was actually 3rd spot in Google and has many other pages listed in google

The ranking software sugeested it was on page/position 54 for the keyword I used. It also suggested that I should use local directory websites, as my site was not registred.
I have and maintaind my sites laocal and social awatness since 1999. However the software said i had lots ro do, including regestering on Yell.co.uk Thomason and the alike..(already done that!!!)

Anyways I tried to cancel since it's clear a site software that is not to my standing. I was told it would be cancelled after the free trial was over... Left it be cancelled. as they said it would be...and...

They did not cancell at all and took out payments.. The team said I will not be getting a refund...

I have now started legal action against them, and wanted to pre-warn people of the sites iregular findings and that they will take and continue to take your funds!!!.

A few days after this I regesterd again in a diffrent name and email..(same site) The results were worse. Two results run on the same site and diffrent seo rankings and suggestions to improve!

Anyways if you're reading this..Its enterly up to you if you use them. I would say not, but looking at some feedback..I think it's hit and miss..depending maybe on your nichie or location.

I have allowed my Solicitor to intervine, and as you have not answered the Paypal dispute I have also conatcted trading standards.

BAD BAD BAD, Scandalous Crooks.If i Could have made it starless I would have done. I can honestly admit that I have very little understanding when it comes to IT and setting up my website was very difficult. So I thought I would get help to achieve the best I could for my site by using Ranking Coach, to help me have all the correct things for a good site. My honest opinion is do not bother, they are Crooks who lull you in to purchasing the ranking coach 360 for the year and hey guess what, when you need their support and help you get no reply. I have waited minimum of 7 days between each section of one query. I even mentioned after two weeks .. okay this is not working and would like to cancel my subscription and get a pro rata refund... I was then was told a member of the department that handles that would be in touch, Nothing! had no calls emails or support chats to try and resolve my issues. Please don't use these guys unless you want to throw away your hard earned money, or be it at your own risk.

I use this tool to manage my own website and in my seo services to my clients. A very affordable and useful tool for controlling your SEO activities.

It's a very useful tool for a small business. Very user-friendly interface with intuitive work areas and the price is more than fair.

Convuluted cancellations process and poor customer service. Avoid at all costs. Refused to refund me despite not using the service after the trial period.

I was a paid member with Rankin Coach for almost 6 months.
1. The service is geared towards people who are able to do all the work themselves. (Their guidelines are well written, but I subscribed to the service hoping the company to take care of my SEO needs)

2. After cancelling the services, I requested the customer support that if they could issue me refund for the month I cancelled the service for. Well, they said a very big "NO" and gave me a lecture about their policy.

I cannot say anything positive about a company who does not care whether its clients are getting results or not, and above all 0 customer care.

Im positive to believe the high ranking in this site is fake. My experience with their page and customer service was really horrible. The first tasks are easy but they start getting difficult if you don´t have a webmaster background. I asked for help and scheduled a videocall with their support staff and got stood up by the customer service agent assigned and she never followed up on the phone call. She kept denying the fact that she didn´t show up and even tried to blame on me that I didn´t keep calling and sending emails requesting for help!!! Then when I tried to cancel within the first month, they said it was too late since you had to cancel way in advance for the cancellation to be processed and here goes another month fee against my will. DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THIS COMPANY!

This is a great site they actually give you great exposure I wouldn't go anywhere else
