Poor experience
Poor, data not accurate, events sync does not work, google my business sync does not work. Overall good for advice on how to optimize your web but other than that I feel like I pay £46 for nothing, as the features that they offer do not even work as intended. I do not recommend wasted monies and stuck for another 8 months. Will leave asap.

Not user friendly interface and…
Not user friendly interface and terrible customer service. They make you sign up and hope you forget hat after the two week trial is up they will charge you $30. I emailed them immediately after they charged me and they would refuse to refund. Their UI is confusing and has way too many data points to consider for it to be help and makes it very difficult to use. I wouldn’t touch with a 10 foot pole. Stay away

Excellent Do it yourself SEO helper
I previously had a bad experience with this company that they have now corrected so I am changing my review. This company has a very nice software for people who do their own SEO. It helps in a lot of ways and is reasonably priced, and they are responsive to problems!

I would give 0 star if I can
I would give 0 star if I can. DO NOT recommend to anyone! This company is after earning your money anyway.
I registered as a test and the day after I did try to login to test. I didn't even finish the registration of their product.
I had been charged automatically without my interest or consent. But that wasn't the only problem, they never sent an invoice until we checked our bank statements. Nobody contacted us for any suggestion, they just charged you anyway quietly. AND they won't give you any refund after you explained to them. What a company!

Garbage front end , Can't sync all accounts. Freezes. Limited functionality. Looks like typical re-seller software. Plus you can't cancel your service. Beware of chinese scam.

Improved experience
I changed my initial one-star review as Emily offered me help via support and solved my questions.
I still do not agree with how the trial works, as you won't be entitled to a refund if the trial is over and you forgot to cancel it for whatever reason. If you would like to just try the tool and decide not to go for it, make sure you set a reminder in your calendar with the cancelation date - otherwise you will be charged as they require your credit card on file.
As a suggestion, big companies such a SemRush offer refunds even after the trial (a reasonable period), which is great. This is one of the reasons customers keep coming back.

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy using the tool, however I am slightly confused as we currently just spoke via the in-tool messaging system regarding completing your tasks. We always aim to offer our customers the best service and support possible, and we are constantly trying to improve on this in any way we can, and so it is disappointing to hear it did not meat your standard and we will definitely take this into account. We do not ever force customers to enter their payment details, this is required if you would like to test the tool, along with many other companies that do this. We do this so we can really focus on those customers who are serious about improving their SEO, a sort of minor commitment.
I have read all of the messages that have been sent between yourself and all team members and it was simply said that customers do not have to complete tasks if they do not wish to, we simply recommend these tasks, whether you do them, that is completely up to you and what you think is best for your website. We do offer tutorial videos giving you a step by step walkthrough of how to complete each of the tasks of which you will find in each of the tasks. You are right there are many tasks, and this is a 'do it yourself' tool, but SEO is a lengthy process so time, effort and patience is required in order to see improvements.
With the messaging system, we do not state that it is a live chat and there is an estimated response time given after your initial message has been sent.
Again, it is very disappointing that you are not satisfied using the tool, if it would be more helpful to you we could offer you a webinar, to take you through the tool and give you a better understanding of how everything works, if this is something you would be interested in please let us know via customer support and we can get that set up for you.
We hope that we can turn your opinion around allowing you to make the best of rankingCoach.

Rankingcoach has taken £1500 from me…
Rankingcoach has taken £1500 from me due to long contractual periods. The service does not work very well with reports not showing data correctly, emails sent to clients will come from a German URL confusing your clients. The information shown such as local SEO is easily disproved and they will sound like they care but do nothing. I am still paying them about £100 every month and I don't want the service. Please avoid at all cost.

Good product
This is a good product for getting started on SEO but it does run out of options for website linking. I feel its a little over priced but does give you good guidance on promising keywords as well as regular updates on search ranking

This system works
This system works! My SEO is starting to flourish and business is gaining ground in the industry. It take a little bit of time to do all the required tasks but well worth the reward. Only flaw, time zone issues for getting answers quickly or able to talk to someone. However they do get back with you on your questions.
