Horrible or non existent customer service

I cannot get a person to speak to; no answer to chat; no reply to emails. I purchased two tops in June 2020 and I am pleased with the product except they were too small. I completed the return/exchange process as directed in the website, but never received the return/exchange address as stated would occur in the instructions. I have been calling and emailing and sending "chat" requests; but no answer. Very bad customer service or non existent customer service.

Terrible Customer Service

I received two shirts as a gift that were labelled as medium but when measured were a large and extra large according to the size chart. I've been trying to contact customer service for weeks to exchange for actual mediums with no replies. This is a bogus company. Can't trust them.

Still no package

I ordered a shirt for my brother back in April. On May 3 I got an email that the shirt had been returned due to a wrong address. I sent the correct address to them and was told the shirt would ship out the next day. It’s now June 8 and despite having sent multiple messages explaining the situation I haven’t heard a word back and my brother still hasn’t received his gift. I was going to order shirts for my father and husband, who are also veterans, but now I’m not.

Disappointing

I ordered a pair of Thin Blue Line capri performance leggings and a T-shirt. The order was filled and delivered in less than two weeks, and both items were in good condition.

I was super excited about the leggings because the visual appeal on the website is perfection! As soon as they came out of the package, I noticed things that concerned me. The waistband is essentially a piece of elastic that has been encased in one roll of the fabric itself, then surged into place. On my body, it was scratchy and actually rubbed my waist raw as I worked out. There is no gusset in the crotch area, so as I moved, the leggings put an uncomfortable pressure on my lady bits. Finally, the fabric itself is super thick and not really breathable at all - I did appreciate that the butt did not become see-thru as I did squats (I had one of my girlfriends evaluate the situation back there).

I have washed and worn these leggings, so I am not trying to return them or anything. They look nice, but the quality and function is not even close to what I expected for paying $65+shipping. I will not be ordering again.
