Rangers Fc a family club no they are not !

Iam a season ticket holder in the Copeland Rd stand .
Iam disgusted with Glasgow Rangers Fc
They call themselves a family club !
No they are not .
Points of dusgust as follows .
Europa games packages we charge more than Celtic do and they were playing in the champions league.
Rangers FC fleece their fans at every opportunity.
They don't care about genuine long term fans but bow to the Union bears who have a minority who continue to get the club fined for using flares and throwing bottles onto the park ! Home and away
Ie I had to give up my seat I have had since 1996 and move to a new Copland LB stand.
No realistic consultation just done .
I had a life threatening heart attack last yr and my mates I sit with bought a first team shirt for me to be signed by the team and manager.
Knowing this would give me a great lift and cheer me up.
They contacted Rangers FC customer service dept.
They point blank refused to get the top signed.
I was horrified when I heard this.
I contacted Rangers FC to express my disgust and was advised they only do signed shirts for charity organisations.
I was then made the offer a first team player could sign a letter and send it to me pathetic.
Iam not a 5 yr old !
I now see that all players individual tops after matches are sold with their signatures another money making scheme.
I have travelled abroad to watch Rangers FC pd for numerous hospitality days buy £1000,s in merchandise over the years and get treated like this.
I will continue to purchase my season ticket .
That's all the cash your will get from me Rangers FC .
Money grabbing so and so,s.

Yours in total disgust

Extremely Disappointed – Unfair Ticket Cancellation & No Response

I am extremely disappointed with Rangers FC’s ticketing service. I recently purchased tickets for a match as a part of my first-ever trip to Scotland with my wife. I was genuinely excited to experience the atmosphere at Ibrox Stadium.

Without any valid explanation, Rangers FC canceled my tickets simply because I didn’t have a previous purchase history with the club. This was never mentioned in their terms and conditions, nor was I informed about any such policy before making my purchase. To make matters worse, I had already booked and paid for my hotel and travel, which were entirely planned around attending this match.

I have sent multiple emails to the Rangers Ticket Centre explaining my situation, asking them to reconsider and reinstate my tickets — but I have received no response at all. Completely ignored. This is not how a football club should treat genuine supporters who are simply trying to attend a match.

It is incredibly frustrating that they are preventing new supporters from attending matches based on a hidden and undisclosed policy. How are people supposed to build purchase history if they are denied tickets in the first place?

I never expected this level of unprofessionalism from such a big club. If you’re a first-time visitor hoping to see a match at Ibrox, beware — they might cancel your ticket without warning and refuse to respond to your emails.

Very disappointing experience. I genuinely expected better from Rangers FC.

Outstanding club

Outstanding club. You always know what you're going to get from them. 2nd place, limited investment and a ton of emails asking you to spend more.

Went today with couple of residents…

Went today with couple of residents from care home for the tour. Someone took poorly within the stadium which led to our tour being missed, but we got taken care of with a staff member Bob Smith who gave us a private tour and what a great time our residents had. Bob was such a caring and considering gentleman. He gave us a excellent day 5 star rating plus this guy is a asset to Ibrox. Well done Bob and thank you residents are still talking about it yet. They loved it.
