Came on time. On arrival was very polite & respectful to the surroundings etc but more importantly his Fast Knowledge and experience with the Brittania range cooker.
Undertook a full strip down and conpleted a very thougha inspection and diagnostics of what the fault was
Paul gave my cooker a thorough service and replaced all the damaged or broken bits, hopefully giving my 23-y-o Falcon a good few more years of life. He told me they spend a lot of time now sourcing parts that the owners of the cooker companies claim are obsolete, including going directly to the manufacturer of the original parts. This company believes (as I do), that an expensive, well made item like a range cooker can be maintained and kept alive, rather than just throwing it away and starting again, as so many companies want you to do. Ten out of ten, I recommend Range Cooker Repairs!
