R&D Goatley Ltd Reviews 

Well, I've been working, building gardens in the Shoreham, Southwick, Portslade, Hove areas with my father for many years, much longer even than Goatleys, and I've heard absolutely nothing but praise for them from people I've worked for who've had them in. They recently did work for me and, of course, it was a fantastic job (as was expected). If you want a top class job and service look no further.

Goatley’s have fitted 9 windows, French doors and a back door to my property last week. They were recommended to me by a friend but have still exceeded my expectations. I have been impressed from the initial advice of which design to choose for an old property to the friendly, punctual and professional fitting and the customer care from the showroom staff. The attention to detail taken in the finishing inside and out of the windows was exceptional. I cannot recommend Goatley’s highly enough.

I contacted the team at Goatleys recently to raise an issue regarding one of the windows that had been installed for me a number of years ago. The team were so helpful and to my delight I was provided with a replacement window. The aftercare provided has been outstanding and I would highly recommend Goatleys if you are considering replacement windows.

The team did an excellent job of replacing front door , two front windows and widows and door in my sun lounge. There was a problem with the front door and this was dealt with efficiently and put right. Very pleased with the finished result.

We were nervous about replacing the windows in our old cottage where nothing is square or level but the Goatley team tackled the job with enthusiasm and produced a spectacular result. We had expected to have a considerable amount of finishing work to do but there really is nothing, and we're embarrassed to say that the house is probably cleaner now than before they started work!
The replacement windows are clearly high quality and sound reduction is remarkable.
The crew were good humoured, polite and professional. They all worked extremely hard and clearly took great pride in all aspects of the installation. Even the singing was almost in tune!
In this competitive day and age a company can't survive for 49 years without maintaining a consistently high reputation and standards, and Goatleys obviously achieve this.

Just had 5 double glazed windows fitted to the rear of my property, including a dormer window, and am very pleased with the work by Jordan and his team. From initial assessment to checking in after the job was completed, I've been very glad I chose R&D Goatley. Fantastic customer service. After nearly 10 years since originally fitting our front door it became slightly out of adjustment so I emailed the team on Sunday evening and they sent someone out to fix it on Monday morning. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Quote was provided very quickly and we quickly proceeded to book in the work. They gave us a lead time of around 6 weeks, but it was probably no longer than 4 weeks before the window was in. We had one window replaced so it really only took Joe, our fitter, a few hours work. Joe was polite, attentive and went above and beyond to give us the best service.

The team did a very efficient same-day installation with no fuss or bother. The doors look great, and all our queries were answered during a few visits to the showroom. They really know their stuff and gave a great overview of the options during those visits. Our doors look great and overall we were very impressed with R&D Goatley from start to finish.

I had my door fitted recently, excellent customer service and professionally fitted. My door was made to order and I am happy with the end result, especially the colour.

Second time using Goatley's and remembered why I liked them so much the first time. Professional, punctual, friendly and always do a great job. I needed them to come back to finish something off later and they said no problem. A great British company and quality product.

From start to finish, R and D Goatley was an excellent company, who kept us informed of updates and amendments all the way through. I had this company replace the front door on my Victorian flat. Not only is it very secure but it also looks fantastic and is in keeping with the stye of the building. They were great to deal with, very helpful, friendly, efficient, and I would recommend using them if you want top quality and excellent customer service.

Fantastic company to deal with and an excellent product. We had tight time scales, a period building and several variables to deal with. Used goatleys for windows in a conservatory rebuild I did a couple of years ago and had no hesitation to use them again to replace the bay windows in my house. The job was carried out professionally by good friendly tradesman and I was more than happy with the finished job. They are the best local window company by far with a good reputation for after sales service so I would definitely recommend them.
