Reputation Reputation. I have never used this local Glass Manufacturer of high end windows and doors before but some time ago my neighbour recommended them, they did not disappoint, great finish. kept fully up to date from the start . well done to them,

Had a new front door fitted and the installers were very professional, polite, clean and tidy.
The quality of the front door is absolutely spot-on.
The after sales service is very impressive.
From ordering the front door from the showroom to the final installation, I can honestly say that all the staff we dealt with were helpful and very friendly.
My wife and I did not get any feelings of a pressure sale and we were surprised that we did not need to leave a deposit and only had to pay in full at the end of the installation.
The door did need adjusting after a few months of settling. Within a couple of days after we made a phone call the maintenance chap had turned up and done the adjustments. Again very professional, polite, and friendly.

Contacted Goatley's in the hope that they could assist with a problem related to our patio doors. They sent a maintenance engineer the following day. He was with us 5 minutes and the problem was solved. Everyone we have dealt with at Goatley's have been extremely helpful and very professional. We recently got windows and a door fitted by this family run business. We would highly recommend them, all the team from start to finish were very helpful and informative. I had lots of questions in the lead up to getting the work done and these were answered quickly and with a great level of detail. The fitters workmanship and attention to detail was fantastic. Once finished each day they would clean up as much as possible. We are delighted with the end result! Thanks to all the team!

From the beginning this Company is definitely the best Company to go to for replacement windows and doors. We started by seeing Simon Goatley in late Jan 25 who came round talked with us and managed our quote for us. Extremely pleasant gentleman good with listening to everything we would like done to the property. Once quote agreed the team working at the house were very quick with all works and once started made sure that every where was cleaned before leaving in the evening, they very well mannered in fact very helpful if we had any questions. Lovely team to have around they were also very conscious to help keep the cats in one end of the house whilst they were working at they other end. I know this review is quite late as the works were well finished by the end of February 25 but I can definitely say that everyone both in the shop or working outside at you home are the best and most knowledgeable people to help you decide on what is best window wise or door wise for your house. A definite 5 star recommendation from us.

Excellent family run business. Previously used them 23 yrs ago for windows and doors for the whole house, all still in good working order which shows the quality of their products therefore when I wanted a new window for my bedroom I didn't hesitate to use them again. Shane did a brilliant job, he was very professional and took pride in his work, leaving everything clean and tidy.

Recently had windows installed in three rooms including two large sashes. From my first visit to the showroom to look at samples through to the installation, I found the service to be excellent: Efficient, responsive to queries and the fitters were very skilled, polite (tidy!) and professional. Finally, they were very competitively priced with no overly eager, pushy salesman. Great experience all round.

This is a great family run company. They are really quick to respond to all queries and have been helpful and informative at all stages. Any issues that we have had have been dealt with efficiently. We also like the trust that they have in their clients which means they only take payment once the windows and doors have been installed. Highly recommended.

From survey to finish excellent service. Jordan gave great advice on design & accessories. Quotation came really quickly with fabulous illustrations on how the windows would look.
Bradley & joe were brilliant from day one, taking care to protect carpets/furniture. They worked solidly in the blazing heat at the end of April, had to keep them topped up with Ribena so they didn't dehydrate!
Dan & Adrian joined them on Thursday to complete the job. Very very happy with final result. The house looks amazing. Would thoroughly recommend R & D Goatleys to anyone that asks us. Thank you all.
