A little overpriced
I have ordered twice in the past week or so and spent £80 in total. A little overpriced, the large share bag of crisps I ordered were £6 each, the regular sized chocolate bars i ordered were £2.50 each....if they were amazing i wouldnt of minded paying that but they were average. If the pricing came down abit i would of rated higher. My second order came with the box smashed up and the crisp bust so I had to give the parcel back to the courier to send back. I was refunded automatically which was quite quick but no direct apology or anything. Thought they would of resent the order but it was an immediate refund. Abit on the fence with my experience. All in all 3 stars.

We charge as competitively as we can. Due to almost all of our items being imported from all over the world, and as a small business with-out massive buying power, this does come at a cost.
We try to be as transparent as we can with our products. Taking our own in house photography for our website & our tiktok shop. We also regularly feature products in our videos/live streams to give customers a good idea of sizing.
As for your second order, we just had a look and this was via TikTok shop. As all logistics is done through their platform, you were automatically refunded from them, not through us which is why we didn't know this had even happened. But nevertheless we do apologise on behalf of their courier, DPD, for your damaged parcel but are pleased you got a quick refund from their platform.
The TikTok Shop chat / our email is always responded to promptly with any customer questions.
We hope your next experience with us can be a better one and we apologise for your issues.
We pride ourselves in good customer service, but due to TikTok shop being a third party we aren't kept in the loop about all damages/issues until a customer makes us aware.
