No refund

Shoes did not fit. No problem there, They rubbed my ankle bone at a bad spot. I returned the shoes the next day. Rancourt wrote a "returned for refund" email. They billed the day of the order, it has now been 65 days from their receipt of the shoes and still no refund. It has been 75 days since they charged my card. All emails are non-returnable and customer service does not return emails.

Took 2 full weeks for items

Took 2 and a half days to ship, then sent it via a shipping method that had zero chance of arriving ontime. This "premium" brand has a shipping department more in line with an eBay seller from 1999. A full week after this order, I could STILL order from competent retailers and have the items arrive in-time. Finally, when I ordered, it said my items would take 3-4 business days, not 10 (two full weeks).

Treat their customers like a joke - never saw boots again

I had a trusty pair of Rancourt Wolf Boots via Huckberry, and Rancourt have (supposedly) a trusted repairs and refresh service even for international customers like me. On the 29th March 2023 I placed an order for a full refresh of my boots to get re-soled and whatever else they do to upkeep the leather/smarten it up. Shortly thereafter I sent my boots….
….It is now October 2023, a full 7 MONTHS later, and after chasing them every couple of months all I got was a lame duck response - please be patient, we’re running behind. It’ll ship out next week. Or in a couple weeks. Very soon! EVERY TIME nothing got shipped. I now have no clue if I’ll ever get my boots back. For £400 pair of boots, including the service and shipping costs, I’m out about £600. And now DAVID CREAMER, the supposed owner/manager won’t even return my emails. I fully intend to make sure EVERYONE knows what kind of company they operate.
