I visited the Wakefield branch yesterday and today and was served by a lovely assistant called Connie. I initially called in to request a copy of a receipt for a purchase I made last year and then decided to purchase some more jewellery. Connie was extremely helpful and gave me advice with the purchases. She was both friendly and professional. Lucy was also was on hand to give valuable advice too. Excellent service and I would definitely visit this branch again.

The girls in the East Kilbride branch are amazing went above and beyond to help my friend and I do a transaction with western union.

I had bought a couple of gold items from eBay and became suspicious that they might be counterfeit. Ella, John, Callum and Pearl were incredibly helpful and arranged to send the items to their headquarters so that they could undergo an XRF scan. As the items were in sealed Assay packets their authenticity could not be determined in store. The results would include a certificate and would place me under no obligation to sell the items to Ramsdens if they were genuine. The service was free of charge which was incredible. I also brought in some other gold items which I had owned for over 30 years and which were gathering dust in a box under the bed. They gave me a great price for them.

The professionalism, patience and kindness of Ella, John, Callum and Pearl was exceptional. I am 73 and had never visited a pawnbrokers before. I cannot praise the service I received at the Blackpool branch highly enough. Thank you so much Ramsdens!!!!

Went on the off chance with some old gold earrings to the Aberdare store, was served by Beth and from start to finish she was helpful and explained everything clearly. Fabulous service

Took a sovereign in to get valued just for curiosity, they gave me a price way under what it should have been and l mean way under, would never deal with them again.

I went to the Blackpool shop to trade in a ring. There were so many I liked but not my size. John was extremely patient, helped by Ella. I decided to go for a cuppa and then look again. When I came back I found a perfect one guided by the staff. I feel I got a good price for my old ring and was really happy with my new purchase. Big thank you for your knowledge and expertise, John, Ella and Pearl.

Michelle at ramsdons in Blackburn went above and beyond to get me the best price possible for my diamond jewellery. She was very thorough on checking everything. She even rang head office to see if she could offer more .1st class service. Very satisfied

I visited the local Hartlepool branch in need of a loan and I have been looked after by Dawn, her professionalism and courtesy above the standards.
She explained the terms and conditions clearly, and the whole process has been smooth, quick and straightforward. My assets have been handled with care, and after a valuation has been made and a loan has been offered and accepted, the sum has been paid into my account in the early morning of the next working day.
Highly recommended.

Went into Ramsdens in Burnley to sell some jewellery very impressed Sara made it a lovely experience and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome will definitely go again.

Visited the Hartlepool Branch with some bits of old gold jewellery and was met by the lovely Dawn, such a nice, professional and polite lady. she listened to me waffling on about its worth etc.,OMG when she offered me the price it was worth - I was astounded!!! made my day - so happy!!!! Thanks Dawn for all of your help today, I won’t hesitate to use Ramsdens in Hartlepool again.

I've recently got my watch back from the Wallasey branch. We're do I start? Fantastic service from the girls in the shop. So caring and full of advice. They really went above and beyond for me. I dealt with Pamela both in store and ober the phone, what can I say?? Brains and looks. When Pam was otherwise engaged I was dealt more than capable by Tina who again was more than helpful. I cannot recommend the shop enough.

Called up to enquire about a new bracelet spoke to Kaylea in Blackpool, very knowledgeable ,friendly and helpful ,went into the branch alittle later and Kaylea helped me again,friendly, not pushy couldn't of been more helpful a credit to the company

Great experience thanks to the lovely staff in the Huddersfield branch, her name was May and she helped me as soon as she came off her lunch. Helped me pick of the best gifts in the shop and will definitely be willing to shop around with her great advice

Popped in to ramsdens at the nook to sell some old gold jewellery I no longer wore the young lady Michelle who assisted me was very professional and very thorough with the testing of the jewellery items I felt comfortable throughout and received a terrific price for my gold thank you Michelle for the great service

Excellent service from Jade @ Ramsdens Maidstone Branch, she really worked hard, after the shop closed to value a big bag of scrap Gold and complete the transaction.

Went into the Dundee branch of Ramsdens, and was greeted by a very polite,young man, by the name of Jack. He was very knowledgeable, and took time to look at the things I had. He explained what was worth something and what wasn't. I came away a very happy customer.
