Chris Holt and Caitlin helped me with a re-mortgage of my property during a difficult financial time. They were both very professional and supportive throughout the entire process with the paper work and Chris found a better mortgage lender for me which which was great successful result!

I contacted Emerald, in a cold panic, when finance for a critical deal fell through, with a near impossible deadline. Emerald was calm, professional and knowledgable but more than that, she understood the high pressure nature of my situation and that mistakes were not an option. Emerald is the Gold Standard by which other brokers should be measured.
