Never use their services… worst ever

I ordered rakhi to be shipped to Canada on Aug 14, 2024. The website provided me the estimated delivery date to be Aug 20. The actual rakhi date was Aug 19. Yet I made peace thinking that we don’t mind if the rakhi reached one day later.

I also paise for fast shipping. It has been more than 15 days (today is Aug29), yet the rakhi has not reached the destination. I tried to contact the number they provided on website. The support guys replied that we have sent it by courier. I don’t whom should I blaik now… the occupies guys or Rakhiz.com. But the worst customer service ever experienced. I will never use their services again.

Best Rakhi Website with Fast Delivery

Until the last year, I used to select different sites to buy Rakhis. Reason behind selecting different sites is that I was never satisfied with their services. But last year, I found Rakhiz.com, and with my first experience, I would love shopping with them every single year. Great service these guys offer.
