Fortunately, their customer service team handled the situation very professionally and provided a satisfactory solution. I finally received my order, and I truly appreciate the support and communication throughout the process.

Even before today, I was a huge fan of Raith Clothing. They offer unique, fashionable clothing items with high quality materials. Even if the price is steeper than some other brands, I can assure you it's well worth the purchase, particularly with their customer service. People will compliment your pieces and ask you where you got your distinctive attire - I can speak from personal experience haha!

Recently, I had a package delivered to my house that ultimately went missing (we suspected it was a theft situation). After reaching out to their customer support team for assistance, the team immediately responded within 24 hours and walked me through the process of submitting a "Non Receipt of Goods" form. Although I unfortunately did not have photo or video evidence of the theft incident, the customer support team went above and beyond to offer reshipping the same items to me (or refunding my credit card / providing a store credit). This was such an extremely generous gesture that I know they did not need to offer, but they have earned a lifetime member now! Thank you so much for delivering outstanding customer service, and I can't wait for the next season of items to drop! :)

The short sleeve shirts were well made and quality products. However, I feel the sleeves were too long.

Great product, great service

Bought a Raith Riera navy/ecru t-shirt last year. Looks very stylish on the web, and just my kind of look. However, I just didn't like the feel of the material, and it was a very weird fit. Chest, length and arms were fine, but the neck was really loose, totally too big! Gave it to a charity shop in the end.

A slender cut which accentuates the torso, akin to a muscle fit. Great for a daytime party or an evening out.

I still haven't received my shirt. Unreasonable fulfillment time and poor form to send a review to a first time customer before they receive their merchandise. Will never order from you again.
