I joined Raising capital / RaiseMasters community in March of 2024. This program offers various types of coaching, community support and one one momentum calls with your personal advisor, whom you can choose yourself. The support is phenomenal, all coaches are fully reachable via slack and have been in the industry for many years.

In addition, the community is huge, offering lots of resources, support and various investment and partnership opportunities.

It’s is a bit overwhelming at the beginning given the complexity of the subject matter and various steps that you need to complete and set up your business. However, there is a lot of guidance and handholding. It’s a process and it requires discipline and determination.

My personal coach, April, is extremely energetic, enthusiastic and knowledgeable . She introduced me to a lot of great people in the community, helped me a lot with social media and was there to break everything down into manageable chunks and action steps.

Catherine Bell offers incredible mindset classes and coaches like Brian, Ben and Tyler break things down based on a deal we discuss, market it’s in and how to develop your business for a long term success.

Hunter does two calls a month with us, and we cover quite a bit in the those 4 hours. There a lots of questions that Hunter addresses, he also invites guest speakers that introduce helpful tools and concepts for our community. I learn a lot during those calls even if it’s still quite an uncharted territory for me. Little by little it’s all clicking.

I am very grateful for this experience. Thank you to all my coaches and Hunter.

RaiseMasters is great. There is so much to learn when you start learning to raise capital as a business. Been a member for a number of months. Solid people, great training & insight and the connections I have made have been worth the price alone. Working through the training and the help of the other member has been wonderful...but still a challenging endeavor. Worth the price for the guidance! But understand that it investing in this/your business is also part of the deal to grow your business.

Really quality content with a top notch team to support you every step of the way. There's so much value that it can feel overwhelming but if you get lost along the way, Cam, Josh and Adam are there to get you back on track. The members are top notch too, this group attracts high quality folks all willing to connect and share content. It's an amazing community - and I'm not using the term "community" for sh/ts and giggles. It truly does feel like a community of rock stars in real estate that are getting deals done and raising each other up. Great swag too :)

I've been a member of Raise Masters nearly a year now and I simply can't explain all of the ways it has help me. The educational material is detailed and actionable, but the relationships are where the true value is at. I'm well on my way to raising my first million through my new fund and I owe all of my success to this program and the good people in it.

What made the experience so good was the personal touch points and multiple touch points - I felt like part of the community. This starts with the leader - Hunter Thompson - and continues throughout the community members. Having touch points with the accountability managers was also helpful - they always bring up things that I'm not thinking of but need help with.
