I wanted to request a return to…
I wanted to request a return to exchange for correct battery, this way they pay shipping both ways. The return number has no answer. Communication via email is slow!!
You have to pay for a return if you don't exchange. There is no one on staff to help with getting the correct battery, so I'm stuck with a battery I can't use.

Thank you for your feedback.
After looking into this further, your first email was received yesterday morning (February 19th) which is a federal holiday. As a result, your email was responded to today by an agent who had requested pictures of the battery that you needed so that they can provide you a link to the correct battery you would need. You responded that you recycled your old battery and were unable to provide this information and requested that you wanted to return the battery which we provided more detailed information on.
Besides the email not being responded to the same day which is a result of the federal holiday we previously mentioned, your multiple emails were responded to within 15 min max.
The claims made stating that an exchange makes us pay for shipping both ways is not true. Our returns policy which is available on our website does not state this. You are not stuck with a battery you cannot use as we have provided the return instructions.
Simple and easy.

Awesome company!! I needed to replace the rechargeable battery in my Black & Decker Portable Power Station Jump Starter (PPRH5B) and was referred to the Raion Group by a colleague. It was easy to locate my replacement battery on their website and I paid via PayPal. My order was received 4 days later. The replacement battery is a perfect fit and took two minutes to install after disassembling the rear cover of the Power Station for access (took 10 minutes to unscrew all one dozen screws). Thank you Raion Group for an outstanding product and service!
