I've purchased this product twice, and I honestly can't say for sure whether it works or not, but I wanted to continue. Unfortunately, my last order never arrived, and I've contacted the company several times to resolve the issue, but they've been completely unresponsive. I was expecting either a refund or a replacement, because until I receive it, the seller is responsible. I'm disappointed, and I can't turn to anyone for a solution. Fortunately, this hasn't happened often, but all sellers do their best to resolve the various issues that can arise in distance selling.

I ordered a subscription which I wanted to pause for one month after my second bottle was received as I will end up with too much. I could not find an option for 'pause subscription' (I only wanted to pause for one month). I emailed them and received no reply , a month later emailed them again and got this:

Please be advised that by selecting the subscription plan that includes discounted pricing and free shipping, you entered into a binding agreement governed by the terms and conditions associated with this offer. This plan is specifically designed to provide a more cost-effective option than purchasing products at the standard rate with applicable shipping charges.

For future orders, if you wish to modify, pause or cancel your subscription, please use the “Manage Subscription” option available in your RAINE account or access the link provided in your subscription confirmation email.

This did not answer my question just quoted an agreement. It clearly states I can pause of cancel after second bottle on their website. It is a real shame as the product looks really good and is easy to take. I will cancel my account with them if I am not able to pause for one month. Please be aware!

Product is very good, but be very careful when ordering with a subscription, you order a 4 month supply and they continue to send monthly and ignore emails regarding, shame I will look elsewhere in future.
