The merch was high quality, the co-founder that responded to my questions was super helpful, and I even received a hand-written letter thanking me for my purchase.

Hey Peter!
I'm glad you liked our merch. I'm also glad I was helpful. I hope we made your week a little better when you shopped with us:)

Had a slight issue with the sizing on one of the shirts but it seems like that will not be a problem for others going forward. I got a pretty fast and nice response from the support team when I brought it up as well.

Hey David!
Yeah, I remember chatting with you about the sizing issue. Thanks for being patient with us! It's great to hear you were happy with our support.
I'm also proud to say that we fixed that issue permanently & it won't affect future customers:)

Order arrived quite quickly. The shirt I bought is comfortable and the colors are vibrant. I’ve been wearing it as a pajama shirt and I’ve not seen any degredation despite being worn like daily for a few weeks now.

That's great!
We definitely design our shirts to resist common t-shirt problems. For example, you know when the paint chips off, or when it looks like someone pulled it apart horizontally and it's gotten vertical "tears"? We hate that so much too.
Anyway, I'm glad you like your new PJs:]

They have been so incredibly sweet to work with, even on such a simple transaction like a pin. I even received a very kind handwritten letter expressing their thanks. Would recommend ordering something or trying out TVRUHH

I love playing TVRUHH too. I never thought shoot-em-ups were for me... then TVRUHH proved me wrong!
Anyway. Thanks again for the review:)

I love Blue too! She's very soft indeed. I just wish we could have given the plush her fiery in-game personality!

Thanks for your review!

Well-designed products with care, arrived quickly and efficiently! I will definitely buy from them again.

Thanks!
We founded RainCity Merch thinking that people can feel in their bones whether or not a business really cares. We try to be on the "yes" side of that, product-wise or otherwise. Thank you for noticing <3

To start, that RainCity helped realize some awesome merch for The Void Rains Upon Her Heart is incredible, but the experience of buying from them was also great. I ended up sending a followup email after placing my order and got what I felt was a personable response very quickly. Items also arrived on time and have been holding up quite well!

Got my shirt earlier than expected while strangely my brother, who ordered slightly earlier than me in the same house got his a day or two after mine. But I’m not him, 5 stars.
Thanks for giving Angel a merch avenue for their game.

The merch came super quickly I was surprised when it got here!! Plus I love the feeling of the zip-up hoodie that I got. It is fall where I am, so it is the perfect time of year to wear it. I am excited for the new ideas you think of

Thanks for the review!
As a merch buyer myself, I know I'd find a weeks-long wait very unsatisfying, so we try to do much better than that!
I'm glad you're happy with the hoodie. I can't wait to share more ideas with you soon:)
