Can't recommend the Rainbow enough

The product is fantastic. Customer service varies depending on location, but there's no arguing that the rainbow is a top notch machine that delivers on its promise of clean air and a healthy home. If customers have issues with specific dealers or distributors, a call directly to RexAir would take care of the problem. Again, great product and great company.

This is not very ethical

This is not very ethical. They took advantage of a single mother with a disability. They knowingly tricked her into buying this vacuum that she didnt want by pressuring her. Also they sold her a unit that they were using as a demo for showing other households. Covid is still active and they vacuumed other homes before entering my friends home with it. They sold her a used machine, used pressure tactics on a disabled person, and when she wanted to return it they wont return her calls. She doesnt know what to do, she stuck in a contract way over her head and she is ministry assistance. Now I am stepping in and She is going to send it back. We called the company and no 1 has called back. We called lendcare and same thing. Lendcare is charging her a predatory interest rate of 29.9% a single mother on Assistance!! Today we will write a letter since no one will get back to us, this review is the ugly truth of lendcare and Rainbow vacuum taking advantage of disabled people and not willing to except a cancellation of contract or even acknowledge that there is a contract. YOU CANNOT SELL USED GOODS CLAIMING AS NEW AND CHARGE AN INTEREST RATE THAT IS HIGHER THEN SOMEONE WITH BANKRUPTCY. 2 PEOPLE CORNERED A DISABLED PERSON TO SIGN INTO THIS CONTRACT.

My wife and I got the system on the…

My wife and I got the system on the rider plan and had to do 12 presentations with 2 sales. Well here we are 14 presentations and 4 sales in and we have gotten none of our rewards and we cannot even get anyone to answer our calls or messages. It's a scam and they don't give you anything they promise.

rainbow vacuum cleaner

I pay 99.99 dollars a month for almost 4 years with 29% interest, for a rainbow vacuum cleaner that does the same as others for less than 4000 dollars... the seller did his job well, in a meeting of more than an hour sitting watching the wonderful vacuum cleaner I thought I needed but, yes, to be able to make returns... it's the biggest scam there is, don't fall for so many words and benefits that they can give you, it's a lie, the vacuum cleaner can do the same job as a $300 one and it costs $4000, your credit and Interests will open your eyes but of course they don't tell you this.

Worst salesman experience ever .

This is a very long story but I will cut it short. This was probably one of the worst experiences I've had with a salesman. Eden, jane, and matt, were the three dealers I had to deal with. I don't like salesman to begin with because the pressure and the lies they tell. It's kind of sad how these people perform their jobs. To tell me that you will get this vacuum free is way over the top. First of all I texted four people the little text message they have on their pamphlet they hand you when they first start talking to you. I made four appointments right off the bat. And then an hour later as they go on and on with their spill about air purifiers which that's not how I describe it it is a vacuum it is a vacuum it is a vacuum. Now although I really like the rainbow for many reasons I will never buy it from this company. So as I was saying into their sales pitch she tells me that husbands and wives have to be together with these demos. Well right off the bat all four of mine canceled. Eden makes it sound so easy that you get 12 demos and you sell two vacuums you get this free well I beg to differ it is not easy. People don't want to pay that much for a vacuum anyways. And husbands are not going to want to sit through something like this. It's $3,195 to begin with but like I said I like the rainbow and I've had one for a number of years. But to go through that abuse no way. And they never tell you you have 3 days to cancel. Thank goodness I looked at the contract as well as the friend that got wore down after 4 hours and she bought it just because she was tired. Both of us canceled our contracts but the Saga goes on. Not sure what goes on behind all that but as of 10 14 22 I'm still dealing with this to make sure that they received my canceled contract. As a Christian this can almost make you want to say cuss words. So please please after an hour tell them you're done. They tell you it's an hour to an hour and a half demo that is not so. So please people beware!!

I would give zero stars but had to put…

I would give zero stars but had to put the lowest one in order to write this review.
Shortly after I had a demonstration done in my home I had CPS at my door. The nature of the report was that I had nothing for my kids, no beds, anything. I was actually in the middle of redoing and organizing my children’s room so they were mostly empty at the time when the distributors came into my home. They are the only people who saw what my kids’ rooms looked like, therefore, it’s pretty obvious who called CPS on me. This company lost my business because of the distress I was put in because of their distributors making assumptions. I was actually going to purchase a rainbow, after that, nope!

If I could give a one star I would! They are selling overprice vacuum cleaners with aroma therapy for $3183.90! Their selling point to me was that it cleans the air of Covid which I've learned is a lie!

This company is not truthful when it…

This company is not truthful when it comes with the product they sell to customers and how dealers are treated. Buyers be careful not to buy into this machine either by cash, credit or financing as their interest rate is super high over 24.00%. Most time the dealers try to sell you into buying the product after which you realize you really don't need it or it super expensive. I will never recommend this product to anyone. They also need to be investigated by the govt.

not worth it. get a dyson

well lll start by saying the vacuum is great... the dealers and sellers and customer service not so much... we did the home demonstration, my wife and i, we went in knowing we would not buy it but two hours into the 45 min demonstration, i just wanted it to end and promised my wife i wouldnt be rude so i agreed to buy it. so the next day i almost burned down the house cooking popcorn , anyway the house smelt like burnt popcorn so we decided to use the rainbow air freshner to put it to the real test (that was the main reason i would have maybe even considered the ridiculously priced 3200$ vacuum). long story short, after 48 hours of testing the true power of the air freshner that is supposed to clean the air of a 1500 square foot house in 24 hours didnt work. my wife ended up washing everything the old fashioned way and put 3 1$ boxes of baking soda out and with in 2 hours the smell was gone. so this is the fourth day of regretting this decision to purchase the rainbow. we decide to send it back and try to get out of contract, the sales person tolde us goodluck with that, like we were pretty much stuck, so we call dealer, the dealer gives us another name so we call him. he tries to convince my wife to buy it but he will let her out of the contract but it costs 300 bucks or we can keep it and he will pay 5 payment of 100 dollars . so we pay 2700 for a vacuum that doesnt do what a 1$ box of baking soda does or we pay 300 for nothing... choice is easy , we are going cut our losses before we give RAINBOW ANOTHER PENNY. BUYER BEWARE dont buy the rainbow go buy a dyson for 10% of the price of this scam of a vacuum cleaner. thats my story , hope you heed my warning.

We have had our rainbow vacuum for…

We have had our rainbow vacuum for about 7 months, we were happy with it for a couple weeks but after that, the machine started getting weak. The motor sounded like it was struggling, then the power nozzle stopped working. This system is covered under a really good warranty(so we were told) BUT, we’ve literally called and called and called for two weeks and the ONE time someone actually answered the phone, they gave us another number to of course someone who won’t pick up our calls. We messaged the lead guy Scott white, and even he won’t return our messages. This is a VERY expensive machine for it to stop working that soon. Their customer service sucks, no one will help you when you need it. They’re really only out to get your money, so I have a $3000 machine just sitting here collecting dust because no one will help me get in touch with someone who can fix it. I would never recommend this product to anyone, the rep we purchased it from was a liar, she was always rude with any questions we had. If I could pay a fee to get out of this contract, I would in a heartbeat.

Once you get a Rainbow, you won't go back

I have cats. I have several cats and with that comes a ton of hair everywhere. I go through vacuum cleaners every few years and whenever I vacuumed I would have to stop every so often to clean out the cat hair. It was a nightmare and I hated vacuuming.

On a whim, I decided to try out the Rainbow System vacuum and I’ll never go back again. It has tremendous suction power to clear out the dirt and hair and I hardly ever have to clean it out. I didn’t know how using water would be, but the massively powerful motor had no problem with the cat hair.

You have no idea how nice it is to have a vacuum that actually works and stays clog free. I have tried vacuums from several manufacturers from cheap to expensive, but none have been able do what the Rainbow vacuum has done.

It’s made vacuuming something I don’t dread. I actually look forward to it because of how clean everything gets. People have been using water to clean things for centuries and Rainbow just took it to a whole new level.

Great Vacuum as a Kid and Great Vacuum Now

As a kid, my mom had an old upright Kirby that worked great but you had to empty the bag (Yes, I am that old). Then one day, she bought a Rainbow Vac after a demonstrations. That was about 30 years ago and her vacuum is still running.

When I got married, I bought a cheap vac because we couldn't afford all the stuff newlyweds need and a Rainbow vac. This was a big mistake because we have gone through 3 vacuums since then. Finally having enough money, I convinced my husband to splurge on the Rainbow Vac. It is just as wonderful as I remember. And the first time I cleaned the floors...OMG! The dirt in the water was just horrendous. After vacuuming every day for a week, the water is actually looking better and I feel my carpets are finally clean.

I would absolutely recommend this vacuum to anyone who is looking for a really clean home and those who suffer with allergies. (You can just leave the vac on and it filters the air.)

Rainbow Cleaning System - Vacuum, Upholstery Cleaner, Air Cleaner Extraordinaire

I bought my Rainbow new, in the early 1980s. I remember a home demonstrator came to the house and sold it to me on the spot. I have never regretted buying my Rainbow! My house at that time had 2 full flights of carpeted stairs. Imagine vacuuming 2 flights with a heavy upright. Horrible! I distinctly remember the liberation I felt leaving the Rainbow base at the bottom of the stairs while vacuuming up the stairs. If you want to know how long they last, I'm here to tell you. Mine is still running after 30 years!

Here’s what I love about the Rainbow. It gets right to the edges and has lights on the front. It has a couple different mini attachments for the end of the hose to do upholstery, stairs, car interiors, etc. It’s safe for hardwood floors, in fact it has both a “swiffer-like” and mop attachment. Besides being a fantastic vacuum, the best feature is how it cleans the air by pulling room air through water capturing the dust. By adding scents, your home smells incredible. It also has a hepa filter. There are no bags or filters to clean or purchase.

My daughter borrowed mine several months ago, allegedly to do a deep clean. She says the air cleaning system is helping with her allergies so I decided to abandon my old one and get a new one! After reading reviews on refurbished units, I decided to go to the Rainbow web site to get one from an authorized distributor, otherwise there’s no warranty. Ack!!

All in all, I highly recommend a Rainbow. Yes, they are pricey, but they replace many different household items. They dust the floor, wash the floor, mop, vacuum carpet and area rugs, there is also a carpet cleaning accessory. They clean upholstery. They replace air purifiers and deodorizers. They hold down dust, and can sanitize the air while making your home look and smell fantastic.
