Very cheap services.

Single star because less then this not available.
As per prize the food quality is very bad I ordered the food at nagpur railway station from ARYA BHAVAN.
Please choose other sites like traval khana or rail yatri.
This was first time I used the railrestro and in future I never recommend this site for any one.
They are attached with very cheep restaurant.

Pathetic food and Complacent Customer Care

Please save your taste buds and your money by avoiding Railrestro vendors as their vendors defraud customers blatantly. I ordered a chicken sandwich and chilly chicken during my train journey, but I received 2 pieces of raw stale bread with putrid chicken pieces inside them. Even the chilly chicken was just a salty broth with fetid chicken pieces floating in it. I seriously doubt the service standards of Railrestro. Please spread the word to save yourself and your family members from revolting dishes.

Irresponsible

Irresponsible. There's nothing below one star otherwise I would have given that. Ordered the food and received confirmation message. But the food wasn't delivered at the station. On calling, they say that the order has been cancelled, for which they didn't even send any message. After the train left the railway station, they are sending the cancellation message stating that the delivery boy does not deliver at this time. If this is the case, why are they even showing the option of delivery??

Unreliable and Lackadaisical

I had ordered lunch via Rail Restro on 29 Dec 2018. The food was to be delivered at Kharagpur. On arrival at Kharagpur and after patiently waiting for 5mins, I called them up to remind them of the order. I was told by the customer care that the delivery guy has many orders pending and would surely deliver my lunch. I was advised to stay at my seat all time so that delivery man doesn't miss to spot me. The train stood at station for 30mins during which I called up the helpline at least twice again every 10 to 15 mins reminding them of delivery and every time I was given the same response. After 30 mins the train left but the delivery guy never appeared. This time when I called them, I obviously was angry for neither they delivered nor did they inform me otherwise so that I could make my own arrangement, they were casual and lackadaisical in their attitude saying that they would come back to me with the reason. If that wasn't enough they offered to surely deliver the dinner at any cost. Like a fool I believed them and thought of giving them a second chance. Well, they showed their standards and failed to deliver again. After 10pm their helpline numbers were not receiving any calls and I was left to my misery for trusting them like a fool. I had to do away with biscuits and tea to tide over crisis. Railrestro is not trustworthy nor is their customer service executives have any sense of responsibility. They seem to have been selected out of imbeciles. Avoid it for your own good.

The booking was done and online payment…

The booking was done and online payment was also successfully completed. The delivery boy at sambalpur station said I needed to pay 441 rupees for the parcel. I told him that payment has been done yet he wouldn't listen so I paid and took the food. The food quality was ok. Every item was cold so didn't feel like eating. My order number is 748234. Kindly refund the amount.

Very very bad experience

Very very bad experience. I ordered food at jodhour junction, and received the confirmation message but I didn't received it. At last moment they failed to deliver the food. Due to railrestro we stayed hungry.

I had ordered food yesterday for jhansi…

I had ordered food yesterday for jhansi railway station and made payment through my credit card for which I got message from bank that said amount has been deducted but railrestro refused to receive the money and give no solution then I again made the order and paid cash on delivery but the food I received was pathetic curd was bitter, kadai paneer was just two piece of cheese in oil whole food was hopeless .I paid twice for such a bad food.Got cheated and very bad experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Missing food items

We had ordered Jeera rice , daal rice, mixed veg curry, boondi raita and chapatis... But they didn't give us mixed veg curry and boondi raita... The person who came to deliver us on seat didn't even wait for us to check the parcel.. Besides Railrestro didn't even acknowledge there mistake.... Worst service ever... Will not recommend Railrestro to anyone
