They take your money, but they never deliver anything 🤯 and they do not answer email.
Scam company

Huge scam. I ordered but never delivered. Also they don't answer to emails.

I ordered an item which was supposed to be delivered within a week. More than one month later, no information.
So I send them an email: no answer.
I sent a 2nd one: mailbox full.
I called them: no answer.

This website is either a scam or the worst online seller I've ever seen.
You should never order from them.

I ordered a product and paid for it the same day. The delivery time was indicated to be 2 months later. After waiting for 2 months I checked the status and I was informed that no payment was received!
The people that work there are clearly incompetent and inexperienced. I would urge anyone thinking of buying from them not to do it to save themselves a lot of trouble. I would not be surprised if this is a scam business.

Just a scam to take one’s money. Order an payed and got not products. Do not reply to email or answer the phone.

They accepted my money but never send any goods nor a reply on requests for info on the delivery.
The only thing i got is a confirmation of my order.

bought and paid for item they showed in stock. A few days later received emailed to say they would refund my money. No refund to date, contact via email and through store website. no replies. no money

I placed an order on October 11th. Paid it via banktransfer the same day. I received a confirmation for the order but when checking my orderstatus it still mentions not paid. I have sent 5 emails - got no reply . i have tried to call them but no one answers the phone . I am afraid i just lost my money

I ordered an item that was on stock, according to their website on 14th of August. The website made the impression that they had a warehouse in the Netherlands. But they are located only in Barcelona. Raig would supply me before the 7th of September. But i didn't receive anything. According to their website they were on holiday :-(. After sending a few emails when i could expect the item no answer. Then I called them, the poor English talking employee explained me that it was not on stock and they would offer a similar item. Didn't receive anything :-(. Calling again same story, finally i could an other offer and my money back in the beginning of October.
As it was for me a lot of money I was hapy to see it on my account.
DON'T BUY AT THIS COMPANY!!

This store is a joke!!! Zero communication with the client, they do not reply to e-mails, they rarely answer calls and when they answer it, it is a problem because things are out of stock and you have to wait. I canceled my order beyond twenty-two days and had to ask for a refund. now I am gonna wait for my refund how long? Nobody knows! Highly do NOT recommend this deep s**thole

Terrible experience which isn't over yet.
Indicate that stock is available. Take full payment followed by a very short email to say that the item is not in stock and that you will be refunded. When you try to contact them back, their email is full...no word since..no refund either. Absolutely no communication back from them.
