Processing transactions are too slow for today's environment. BUY was processing for over 10hrs and Transfer out was again processing for over 8hrs. Use other exchanges if you want your crypto quick.
High transfer fees and unnecessary charges. I only want to withdraw 40 euro but raidofinance taking half of it. 20 euro just for a small withdraw, seriosly?

You can see our withdrawal commission here (it’s fixed and charged in accordance with our terms and conditions): https://raidofinance.eu/commission-and-limits. This sum is fixed for any withdrawal sum, no matter how little or much funds you withdraw. And any client is warned about this commission before withdrawal. For your understanding, the total withdrawal commission includes average network commission plus the cost of sending a blockchain transaction (network fee) and it is covered from the fee we charge you for sending.

one of the worst exchanger i have ever met.
first of all due to estonian law a ID verification until 15.000 Euro is FULLY enough and all transactions can be processed for this limits.
im not doing that since they dont even process 1 euro yet and wants more verification. no thank you thats a full data feed company.
neverless they let me wait 1 full day ( today is the twice ) i sent them ID + bank certifiate + utility bill + selfie with text and ID and they still want more verification and holds more than 50.000 Euro.
there are plenty of exchangers out there ( bitstamp,kriptomat co ) who will process your transaction without any stupid compliance problems.
stay away from this exchanger
i will edit this feedback once i have my refund but the 1 star will remain.
feedbacks on bitcointalk and other feedback plattforms will be made.
lost 300 euro per coin due to this incompetent company.
