I wish I'd seen the reviews on Tustpilot before dealing with this company. I placed an order for two prototype board but did not receive an email conformation, just the WordPay receipt on behalf of STICKLEBACK MANUFACTURING LTD. A few days later I phoned to ask about the order confirmation, I was surprised to be told my boards were nearly ready and I should have them by the end of the week or at the latest the following Monday. When nothing had arrived by the following Wednesday I phoned to be told they had shipped by Royal Mail 1st class but missed the last post on Tuesday, however I should have them by Thursday latest. I phoned again on Friday, when nothing had arrived, and was told spare panels could be sent by courier. I agreed to wait a few more days but on the following Monday, when my boards still had not arrived, I phoned and spoke to Stephanie. She was convincingly helpful, said spare boards would be couriered and she would investigate what had happened to the first shipment. Later she emailed saying the tracking number would be emailed tomorrow and I'd receive my boards by 4pm on Wednesday. But it was all a charade, no tracking number was emailed on the Tuesday. On Wednesday I phoned and she again promised to email it to me. But by 4pm neither the tracking number nor my goods had arrived and all my phone calls went to answering service. I have now emailed cancelling my order and requested my credit card company recover my payment via charge back. This is one of the most unprofessional companies I've had the misfortune to deal with. They lie, lie and lie again, my advice is to have nothing to do with them.
They promise 7 day turnaround - nothing has showed up 16 days later and I've been unable to contact them using any method. Have tried calling many many times and left many messages. I'll be contacting the credit card company to get my money back.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Broken website. Ignores emails. File upload doesn't work properly. Site registration broken. No order confirmation or progress reports. Poor quality boards with illegible silk screen due to orange solder resist. Avoid.
Orders 2 weeks late, never delivered, bad communication, ignored emails, calls. Lied on multiple occasions. Last order took 22 days, after 15 separate emails, still no order.
