Lens caps were a poor fit on Zeiss superspeeds.
I got my superspeed lenses back and tried the fit of your 80mm RAF front caps. I'm really sorry to have to say it but they are a poor fit, being a tiny bit undersized, the shape perhaps becoming a little tapered under load, and it feels like they may come off with a slight disturbance. The little raised lines giving the contact points to the lens front are a bad idea. They will wear until the caps fit ok, then wear some more until they are loose.
Edit..I did connect with Rafael and he kindly offered that I return them. I think we have to agree to differ on our design philosophy. There may be many lenses that these fit well to. It would be good to hear the reports from others.

Well. The feedback is partially deserved, since I really missed that follow-up message after initial positive one.
But let me explain the idea behind these tiny raised lines.
Some lenses with 80mm fronts are undersized as well, and a perfectly round 80mm cap will not stay on them at all. Our design allows these caps to hold on such undersized lenses.
As to wear, you are right as well. Everything used without a lubricant will wear eventually, of course. But these raised lines help to prolong the cap usable life. Initially, you can notice that the tightly fitted cap takes an octagonal shape. While these raised lines will wear, the cap will become more and more circular, and it will still hold well.
One day it will stop holding firmly, obviously, and replacement will be necessary. Or you can prolong its usage even longer, by putting a few pieces of black PVC insulation tape over the cap edge. I saw many times this simple life-hack with metal caps padded with a fabric. The fabric gets worn quickly usually, and people solve this issue easily if they don't see a need to replace a cap.
So, I see no significant flaw in our design aimed at universality and longer cap life. But if you are not happy with these caps, you can return them.

M63x1 thread extender (50mm long)
After several unsuccessful attempts to source an M63x1 focuser extender within the US, I ordered one from RafCamera based on a favorable review on Cloudy Nights. The quality of the machining is excellent and and I no longer have any problems with focus length!
