Horrible customer service, terrible bike
I purchased a Raev Bullet X in the fall of 2024. After a few months of use, the motor has blown. I have brought the bike to the store where I purchased it, and then it started my agony. After weeks or lost emails, they finally sent a replacement to the store, but it was the wrong one. Communication is horrible, no or very little customer support. I think the quality of the product is poor. I spent ~1500$ and used the bike only a few months and I don't even know if I will have get it back. I will follow up with all the tools us consumers have to have our rights and money respected.
