My bike got an error 30
My bike got an error 30. I went through the troubleshooting with the technician in the chat, and he concluded that I needed to buy a controller for $200. Once the new controller was installed, I had the same error 30. When I talked to the technician via chat, we went through some more troubleshooting and figured out that it was the display that was failing and I had to buy another one. Rad refused to get the controller back, so the repair cost me over $400, even though they could have the right troubleshooting from the beginning and figured out what was wrong. Customer service did not want to hear anything, even though she acknowledged the mistake. Stay away from Rad
