True to their word
I Purchased a bespoke glass radiator off
this company about five years ago, unfortunately, I noticed recently it had corroded and was leaking. I remember they had a 10 year guarantee promise, and with most things nowadays, trying to get what has been promised seems like the promise of a pot of gold over the rainbow!!! I contacted Radox, and I asked for the person who I dealt with many years ago never thinking for one moment, she would still be there, Ashleigh Mahoney and low and behold she was, and, without hesitation, she organized for me to have a replacement radiator, every step along the way she kept in touch via email, and I cannot fault my Customer Service journey. It was so refreshing, the emails got replied to promptly, or if I needed to speak to her I could actually phone up the company (her) and speak to an actual human without going around the houses, which seems the norm nowadays as is trying get anyone to stick to what they promised, however, Radox you have nailed it, I cannot thank you enough, for sticking to your word and honoring the guarantee and Ashleigh for making this whole process stress-free. This is a shining example of how customer service should be! I cannot recommend or thank enough 😊🙏
