Fraud

Fraud, they will take your money and deliver wrong and cheap item with a return window of 7 days where they will spend three days as emails and reply and your items will never reach there in seven days both item and money will be gone

Unprofessional. Incompetent. Fraudulent.

I bought one of their product on their online store. I reached out to their technical support and they can only say that the issue will be resolved in 2 days, 1 day, 1 hour....etc. It's been a month and they fail to resolve my issues. Very unprofessional. Stay away from buying their items or services.

Worst service

Worst service. Applied for a DSC. Paid for it. Received no revert. Contacted their customer support. They were very rude. Didnt even talked to me properly. Clearly said that do what you want. We will resolve your problem according to our timelines.

I had purchased 3 product but now I will suggest everyone that don't purchase anything because people of RadiumBox are unprofessional and using bad workds to customers, please if you respect yourself don't purchase anything from this company.
