Late delivery
I WAS TOLD MY PARCEL WOULD BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 2.40 AND 3.40.I WOULD BE OUT AND LEFT INSTRUCTIONS TO LEAVE THE PARCEL BEHIND BINS IN FORECOURT. THE PARCEL CAME AT 7.40 IN THE EVENING IT WAS LEFT AGAINST MY FRONT DOOR AND THE DRIVER DID NOT EVEN KNOCK THE DOOR TO LET ME KNOW IT HAD ARRIVED.
