Waste of time. Did not receive my order from July 2024. Customer service will not respond to my emails. Will be calling credit card company to get my money back.
By the way this company is rated 1 star not 2.3 as everyone has left a 1 star rating. Good job!

Incorrect glue. Damaged product. No sign of any response from customer support. Don't buy, definitely a scam.

I am forced to give a one-star rating as you have failed to answer at least 4 of my complaints of a latex order totalling $5000 NZD plus customs & GST on top of that with .40mm & .50mm latex that was just thrown into a flimsy box with no protection at all for a journey of 12,000 miles.

The photos here are a mere fraction of the damage caused by laxidasical packaging that offered no protection whatsoever & I have got to throw out at least 20 metres of completely unusable latex when I poured all the money in I had after a 4-year recovery from kidney cancer to rebuild my little boutique as a small latex designer but you have failed to respond, especially Daniel, & I suspect you think you can just ignore me and I will go away.

I should have learnt my lesson in 2009 when I ordered 90m of latex & at least 7 m was totally crushed by rollers in the production line but you failed me yet again.

I used radical just before Christmas because of the pricing but it would have been cheaper to purchase 4D rubber as they actually pack protection in the boxes & considering I was using 4D rubber in the 90s when I was living in London my hometown I should have stayed with them.

You have had over a month to respond to a plethora of emails & photos & this review is all I have got left to state that you have failed me big time & as a sole trader with retail latex designs your sloppiness, unprofessionalism & lack of caring has taken away ALL of my profit margin & there is much more damage than what I have put here & a very heavy blow to the outside of a roll of latex goes right through to every rotation of that role for many metres & for what it's worth I will never use you again, not that you care, but when I was in a supervisory position in Hither Green London in radio electronics the customer always came first & we had quality control that was second to none & the same goes for my customers & although I am a sole trader who puts quality before quantity there's absolutely no way that I would sell any garments with any damage caused by your irresponsible lack of caring.

You even lost one box & you'll put the blame on FedEx I'm sure & photo of the box that got lost as it arrived attached & this was not the box with the damaged latex in but to put $5000 dollars worth of brand new latex in flimsy boxes that were thinner than some supermarket boxes is unthinkable & irresponsible.

You are extremely unprofessional, you have failed to even acknowledge the damage or even offer compensation or nothing. The only correspondence from you was when one box went missing out of four and your airy fairy words were to the tune that you might not use FedEx again. That doesn't help me and also if you are thinking of putting the blame on FedEx forget it because your lack of ensuring this latex was adequately secured & packed before shipping says everything.

What are you thinking when you put four brand new rolls of latex into a box that has so much room in it and is so flimsy WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING ? YOU HAVE COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS LITERALLY and I am lost for words that I gave you every dime that I had after kidney cancer and a 4-year battle to get back on my feet and I have lost all my profits.

I wrote to supertex the other day about their status in shipping and was pleasantly satisfied with their setup but I already knew that from the mid 90s and the early 2000s when brand new latex was properly packaged not only to protect it from physical damage but also light damage.

If I still lived in London, my hometown, I would drive down to your office and put this latex on your desk and request replacement or refund but you see I'm on renal failure now with one kidney on 49% & the stress & anxiety from someone who actually doesn't care is too much for my remaining kidney but let this post serve as a warning to other people around the globe who might be thinking about getting larger orders of latex from radical & unless they change their manufacturing process you might well find it cheaper in the long run to buy from 4D rubber.

Shame on You

I have ordered from the company frequently over the last year, which has been fine up until the day they delivered a discoloured roll of latex. I contacted them with photos of the faulty product, and they promised to send me a new roll and collect the old one. After this, I have heard nothing from them, received no new roll of Laltex, and no refund, and the company has ignored four subsequent e-mails from me. Do not shop here.

I've ordered from them twice. The first time I had to email their sister company to actually get a response out of them. The second time I've had no such luck. One full month with no shipment.

They have plenty of ways to contact them on the website. They just never answer you.

They sent the order after I waited for 3 weeks but item was missing. Tried contacting them twice but they are ignoring it.

I placed an order with them when they were recommended by friends from Central Saint Martins. The original shipment was returned at the Spanish border because of a discrepancy import taxes (which I had paid). Since them I have called and and sent them various emails which have been ignored. The order was close to 300 pounds and they have completely ignored my requests to resend the shipment. Please avoid.
