Ordered 3 radiators on Wednesday25th February with the advert stating next day delivery if ordered by 12pm.
So assuming since it was ordered before 12pm on Thursday 26th delivery should be Friday 27th, but no and not even delivered on the Saturday 28th, So despite their promise and having arranged for an electrician to come wire in the radiators nothing arrived , total joke and waste of time , A full refund has been requested
Can’t fault the service.

If i could rate at 0 stars, I would.
I dont even know where to begin. I ordered 9 radiators through the company to supply to my client of a whole new radiator kit for their lodge and it was awful from the get go. They're saying they're 'testing' them, but is that any excuse for a 5 months wait time for an update? Ive emailed multiple times and called and I still get no update.
The radiators were hung for 1 months and my clients been out of pocket since July. I would NEVER recommend this company.
I will be pursuing into higher authority to try and gain any sort of money back as this has been appalling.
Think twice before using these guys.

I wouldn't use these guys again.
The radiator I received is faulty and the seller refuses to accept any responsibility for it. I'm now left with a non-functioning radiator which I will have to replace.
The quality of the post sale customer service is also very poor.
Radiator World after sales care is worthy of praise. Very quick to respond and new replacement part ordered and shipped to replace a faulty one with no quibbles or hassle. Response to these issues is the measure of a company for me and Radiator World passes the test. Recommended.

Customer service not very good and return cost is 25% of product price

I purchased a Reina Reflect Mirrored Designer Radiator from Radiator World (Order #11202257049-12/02/2025) and had it installed in April 2025. The radiator has a stylish, attractive design, but the build quality is disappointing. Within less than a year, rust and corrosion appeared around the end caps and connection points — something that should not happen with a premium product.
However, the customer service team handled the issue properly and arranged for a replacement radiator to be sent to me. I appreciate the prompt resolution and give full credit to the customer service team for their support.
Overall, while the product quality fell short of expectations, the excellent customer service helped resolve the issue.
Liked that the website had detailed information and the ordering process was easy. Delivery was hopeless though, repeated delays, poor information.
Haven't even received the radiator i ordered 2 months ago. I ordered due to emailing them and being told it would be delivered within 2 weeks. No delivery. I contacted them and they said it was delayed but it had been dispatched that day and it would be with me in 2 days. No delivery. They then said the radiator was out of stock with the supplier and they didn't know when it would be back in stock so I could order a different size. Its been 10 days now and not heard anything.
They just keep on lying, meanwhile I am without a radiator in one room over winter!!
Wish I had ordered from elsewhere, which was actually cheaper but had a longer lead time, at least I would have my radiator.
Do not order from them. Will be chasing my money back.
I bought two towel rails for my new build cottage. I needed help choosing the correct type, and Sarah was very helpful. I was impressed by the product range, the speed of delivery, product quality, and value for money. Due to this, plus Sarah's efficient service, I would definitely shop here again.

Would give no stars if it gave me the option! Terrible company! Delivery driver lied, said he hadn’t been able to contact the number given but I spoke to him and he was rude and unhelpful at all! Then got told an extortionate redelivery fee would be incurred as they couldn’t contact us for the original delivery! Tracking details were not clear at all as they use the cheapest company nobody have heard of! Item was not liked or wanted so returned and then incurred another extortionate charge of 20% of the item price! Disgusted!

Ongoing issue that has yet to be resolved. I have received part of my order damaged and part with an incorrect finish. I have contact them and they are slow to respond. They have not offered a resolution dispite photos being sent. After many attemps (over 15 calls) I spoke to a manager. She assured me that she would handle my case and emails me...no email received. (I've checked junk) I emailed on Tuesday (now Friday) chasing and providing extra photos. I've not received a response. Ive tried calling this afternoon. After 12 attemps I was enable to get through. I'm really frustrated.
