Stay away

The product because it was never delivered. Customer service and inventory management is trash. I ordered a product in Aug that was meant to be delivered in 1 week. They kept telling me it will come next week - this went on for 4 weeks. on the 4th week after speaking to them on the phone they insured me I'll have it by next week. then I get an email that the order was canceled. I call them up again they tell it's for 2 reasons 1 they dont have in stock! and 2 for writing a bad review on google. That's how professional these guy are!

Awful company

Awful company. Dont buy anything from them. As soon as you open the carton box they wont accept a return even though by law you have 14 days to inspect the item and return it without any reason. I ordered a radiator with them and after multiple emails of them not accepting the return, they agreed to a return for a 50€ fee to "reseal" the item due to the fact that if you open the carton box the radiator loses its warranty. What an absolute joke of a company. I ordered with a different company and called them about a hypothetical return of an opened radiator and they had no objections and actually encouraged me to inspect the radiator.

The Dutch Authority for Consumers & Markets also confirmed that they had to agree to the return of the radiator as they are not excluded from the 14 day cool off period.

Company couldnt care less and only after multiple threats of legal action did they agree to this scammy 50€ extra fee for the return. On top of the 50+€ shipping fee to return it.

Avoid this company. They deserve 0 stars.

Difficult to communicate with unprofessional customer service

It’s probably in your terms and conditions as well that you can cancel orders without notice and at convenient times for you. Almost certainly an illegal practice, because confirmed orders for advertised products are legally binding.

You know what else is legally binding, the pictures you put on your web pages. I will submit a tip to the authorities against you, no doubt about that.

Another issue is that you have sent a zij-onderblok that is different than the one your website shows. To be precise: your Standaarrd Aansluitpakket I shows a zij-onderblok with retour on the inside, which is what I need. However, the one you sent to me has the retour on the outside (see attached photo).

How can we solve this?
