Lost shipment / good customer service
My order was apparently lost by USPS but Radial Magnets noticed I had not received my order and refunded my money before I even made a request for refund.

I ordered 4 strong magnets
I ordered 4 strong magnets. They were shipped all stuck together and I am unable to get them apart. I called your business & also watched a Youtube video on how to get them apart but I still can't. I am a widow who lives alone with no one to help me so it has been very disappointing--I am unable to use them. Wish you have shipped them so they were separated individually and easy to use.

Hi Maria,
I spoke with you yesterday on the phone. You bought very strong magnets that had plastic spacers separating them which is the standard way to package magnets. My advice to separate them is solid but you didnt mention to me that you didnt have anyone that could assist you. We could not ship each one separately. It would cost more than the order. Feel free to return them for a full refund.
