FedEx did hold the package for the Aluminum Protective Capsule U1, but after contacting Radiacode, they got in touch with FedEx to show the breakdown. A+ company to deal with and even cooler products.

Bought the device for my son as a birthday present. Got it quickly, and my son is very happy with it.

About Radiacode 110: great product again, fwhm% resolution is exactly as indicated (measured on interspec) and the better sensitivity is very helpful to track radiations more efficiently. The android application is also outstanding for analyzing data from the device (especially spectrogram function and earphone click sound). Delivery was very fast for France and the team very responsive by email and telegram channel also.

Only downsides:
1. battery is not easily replaceable. For a scientific device that stay on all the time, I would expect a longer life-time than the battery.
2. bluetooth not always connecting to phone. Sometimes requires device restart.

I have not received this purchase. It appears FedEx is holding it waiting on a form from you. Please resolve this issue.

I had a Radiacode 102, decided to buy a Radiacode Zero and give the 102 to my kid who goes out to dangerous industrial sites. I had no problems getting the 102, but when for the R-Zero, it got hung up in Customs for a week and FEDEX charged me $40, which included some minimal customs fee and a $20 storage fee (I didn't ask them to hold the package). I sent that to Radiacode, who couldn't be bothered to answer.

I’m currently enjoying my R103 very much and recently bought the Zero. Initially, I was disappointed because it significantly overestimates cosmic radiation and has a cumulative effect. The longer it remains in the radiation field the higher the reading. However, after an email exchange with Radiacode support, I understand they’re aware of the issue and working on a fix to bring the readings closer to those of an R103. The highest reading I measured with the Zero was 0.5 Sv/h (518 k uSv/h) so it has range and impressive performance. Therefore, I’ll give it 5 stars while I wait for the software update.

I really enjoy using RC 110 device. And looking forward to order 103G once it is available. But Zero is a complete disappointment... It does not report correct natural background radiation - readings are 3 - 4 times higher than expected. Though the support promised to fix the issue in the future firmware update, I think it is a bad practice to release and sell products that are not fully capable - wrong customer expectations...
