Radaris = BEST AVOID, RELENTLESS

Radaris is a personal data miner. Radaris in my opinion is NOT TRUSTWORTHY and is after a hard-kill sale of their product and services. Radaris makes it difficult for you to remove your name and personal data from their database, by subjecting you to endless marketing attempts to sell their products and services, as you attempt to navigate their removal process (and, once you're done, Radaris goes after one more, hard-kill sales/marketing attempt, again). You might be taking your last breath, and Radaris would not relent, trying to sell you their highly suspect product(s). What should be a straightforward, easy process to request that your identity and data be removed from Radaris database, is anything but that, it is an arduous, time-consuming, relentless process.

Won't remove my data

I used their opt out form to try to remove my data and it didn't work. Then I emailed them and they told me I couldn't use my outlook.com email address even though my mom used outlook.com email to contact them about her records.

This is discriminatory and probably illegal.

Under California's opt out laws, upon request, Radaris is supposed to, remove your private information from there sites, or platforms. I have made attempts, to no avail. if this is not corrected I guess I'm only left with the (CPPA) with a 30 day window, then seek damages, for their neglect, to resolve the issue.

They will post your private data online

Unethical company that will post your private data online.

I am self employed. I have a virtual number for work reasons because I get a lot of sales calls. A few months ago I noticed a dramatic influx of calls to my personal, private mobile number. This is a number I do not give out to anyone but friends and family. No clients even have this number. I decided to google my name with "phone number" and there you go, Radaris has posted my private, mobile number.

I reached out to their customer service who said it was removed and should be gone in 24 hours and then gave me the removals@ email if i had further questions. 24 hours came and went, my info still there. I emailed removals@ a link to the page with my personal private information. It even has my name in the url and also screenshots of Google SERPS with my name and number. I explained that I wanted the page to be removed and literally 404. I get some lame response asking for screenshots even though I sent them AND the url.

I live in California where there are laws against this kind of thing (CCPA) so now I will have to reach out to an attorney because this is not okay. Not ethical. Not acceptable and they should have removed my information the first time I asked.

Removal process is BROKEN :(

I filled out their ridiculous opt out forms on their website with like 20 fake screens of loading you have to sit through and then they said they would email me a link to click and it WILL NOT ARRIVE

I have waited so long for this link that I'm that much closer to death. Why am I wasting my life with you guys?

And when I called them, their customer service phone number is a SCAM. There is NOBODY to help me AT ALL

Breaking privacy law - not removing data

I emailed them to request removal of my data at the "removals..." address like they ask everyone writing them a bad review to do and they said

"Due to a large amount of spam messages and bot requests from temporary email addresses, we are now accepting individual removal requests only from verified users with Gmail, Yahoo or iCloud email addresses."

I used my own personal Outlook.com email address that I have been using for years. Not a temporary email address.

Discriminating by email domain is illegal under my state's privacy laws. It's also illegal not to accept removal requests over the phone, which they also refused to do. I will be filing a complaint and pursuing enforcement.

Original Review:
Radaris is a horrible information broker site that exploits the information of private citizens for monetary gain and greed. They will not comply with any requests to remove your information from their site.
The Radaris website makes it beyond difficult to remove your information; you have to go through countless screens in order to reach the page link with the remove request.
Radaris is completely unscrupulous and exploitive.
Radaris will sell your private information without conscience and offer ZERO help when you reach out to them.
Class action law suite needs to be brought against them and all of the brokers that they partner with.

Horrible company and people who run it

Horrible company and people who run it. They say they will help with removing your information from their website but they won't. They claim to have a contact phone number but they don't. It will send you to a voicemail 100/100 times. Massive lawsuits need to be brought against this company. They keep the information of people on their website entirely without the consent of the people whose information they keep. They will placate you with copy and pasted statements, offer different emails to reach out to that do absolutely nothing and then gaslight you on their automated phone call service by claiming they care about your time when they clearly couldn't care less. They waste thousands of people's time by putting us through removal processes that take days to process which always end in the same result: nothing getting removed. I guarantee I will get a copy and pasted response to this complaint just like the complaints below mine. Radaris is a HORRIBLE COMPANY that needs to be sued into oblivion. A court order is the only way to get your information removed from this god-awful website. My next step will be discussing options with my attorney.

I’ve tried to take my name off the website. We are in court right Now because they Give out all your personal information so anybody even a stalker can find you. You cannot call them. They say they are busy and leave a voicemail. They don’t reply to emails. They say you can opt out but when you try, they don’t send you an email till eight hours later and then the OP code is invalid. We now have to go to court to get the court order to send it to them to take my name off. It should not be this hard.

Removal emails broken

I'm trying to remove my information from their site. They make me sit through a bunch of ridiculous fake loading screens. Then when their thing says they sent me an email no email comes in. And when I emailed support for help and to tell them that their process is broken no one replied a week later. Their removal process is broken. It's also extremely annoying. They make you sit through a dozen garbage screens with timers to get to their removal process. They send some link with a code and when you enter the code it says it's expired. I have tried it several times over the last week and each time has been the same. It's ridiculous that sites like this are allowed to operate.

Failing to comply with removal requests

These jokers had the gall to email me:

"We apologize, but we only accept requests made from public email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, etc).

For third-party requests, we require proof of identity, evidence of current state residency status, and a signed statement designating the third-party as the authorized agent for the specific person identified."

This is a personal request from my personal email account, which isn't even a weird custom domain or anything like that. It's just Outlook. What the heck are they talking about?

I only had to email them in the first place because their stupid, fake-loading-filled removal form doesn't work for lots of the information they display.

Edit for their response: How am I supposed to email you? You want me to make a new email address just to do that? That's ridiculous and unacceptable.
