The mechanic was very professional and polite a credit to the RAC

Ordered a large Varta battery which wasn't cheap.
Upon delivery, it was clearly in a box too big for itself and inside it was wrapped in plastic and some foam, with too much space for it to move around. When I unrapped it, surprise surprise the battery was cracked in the corner.

I emailed customer service at 6pm same day which was after hours and got a response at 9.30am the following day from Abbie, apologising for the damaged battery and to say she was arranging a replacement and pick up of the broken one.

11.30am I get a knock at the door and Euro Car Parts are here to pick up the broken and give me a new one.

Overall, whoever packaged the first battery up did a really bad job, but customer services were able to resolve the issue extremely fast.

Ordered a spare wheel and kit online and it was delivered the following day. I was unaware that it was next day delivery.
My only negative was that I did not receive email 📧 confirming my order (Had screenshot of order number which I did at the time) but no email of my order or progress.

Buying from the Rac shop was simple and straightforward. Their price was very competitive and delivery was prompt with the product well protected to avoid damage in transit.

I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Had excellent response from your mechanics. My battery was flat and was giving me trouble for some time. Ordered a battery from the RAC shop and the wonderful and friendly Shane came along, did various tests to confirm it was the battery (which it was) fitted the new one and took the old one to dispose of. Many thanks.

Great mats that fit perfectly and look very smart

Discovered I had a flat battery and found the RAC Shop same day battery delivery/fitting service online. Picked the battery I wanted and 2-5pm same day fitting window and waited. I had a phone call from a mechanic who was meant to be attending with a battery and said he couldn't get hold of it and if I'd accept a cheaper option which I refused because I wanted what I had paid for. Then the slot became 8-12pm and recieved a message saying they're extremely busy and if I could wait until the following day which I unwillingly accepted as I had no real choice. The next day came with a phone call from a different mechanic saying he wasn't able to get the battery as they weren't an option on their battery ordering system! At that point I told him I'd cancel the 'recovery' and managed to get hold of someone at RAC Shop to process the refund which took a couple of days.

The RAC Shop offered the best price on my preferred Karcher, completed the transaction in a simple and efficient manner and delivered the product very quickly with good comms along the way

Returned from holiday to find battery flat. Placed order on line and was able to arrange a fitting the next day even though that was a Sunday. Patrolman was delayed in arriving but kept me up-to-date so wasn't a problem as I was at home. Checked the battery and confirmed it was no good, fitted the new battery (not easy given where it's located almost underneath the dashboard). Had trouble starting due to the immobiliser not re-setting but persevered until it was running properly and I was satisfied. Many thanks again to Philip for a job well done.

Do not use. Had a broken battery and found RAC offered same day fitting of a new one in the RAC shop. Ordered it with an installation time of between 2pma nd 5pm, but all afternoon and evening, the delivery/fitting time changed. At 9pm, it changed to around midnight at which time I wanted to cancel the order. Whilst I could cancel the 'rescue' on the RAC breakdown webpage they gave me, the phone number they provided did not work out of hours (and even today, the day after, I am still unable to get through to them by phone). Also, the e-mail they provide told me to sent an e-mail to another address as it was a battery order. No idea about a refund and impossible to talk or write to anyone. The order has however disappeared form the my order section, so I assume it is officially canceled. Extremely disappointed.

It was very easy to make the purchase and the item arrived quickly.

Ordered a car jump start kit which, unfortunately, didn't charge. I was a bit worried having seen all the one star customer reviews but I was very pleased with the service. The RAC shop staff send a new jump start kit straight away and were friendly and efficient.

I recently booked a battery replacement, it was an easy process choosing the correct battery for my Mini Cooper.
Sadly patrol didn't turn up on the date the service was booked for, however was fitted the day after so 24 hours after it was supposed to be fitted.
The patrol that fitted my battery was very polite and friendly, his knowledge was great as to the parts that needed removing to get to my battery..........BMW Mini don't make getting to the battery easy 🤦‍♀️🙄
Overall a good experience good quality battery at a competitive price , battery was coded to the car too !!

It’s a week now since the battery was charged

Great service, ordered online and selected a time and date that suited. Good email correspondence from the RAC and communication from the RAC patrolman, confirming the time he would be attending. The patrolman was efficient, polite and knowledgeable.

The website is easy to navigate. I’ve got what I need in no time.

I Ordered some car mats ,only to use them for about five weeks , stitching came out on the driver side Mat, requested refund via PayPal , but as for paying for my return p & p the RAC told me that I was refused return postage & packing, saying their supplier said it wasn’t a manufacturing fault?? RAC said for all they know I could’ve lent the mats while I wasn’t not using my car on holiday??? To quote reply I received form RAC “ While I appreciate you may have been away on holiday for a month in Portugal, we cannot guarantee anyone else has not had use from the mats.” Absolutely ridiculous, Well if the stitching coming undone isn’t a manufacturing fault? I’d like to see what is !! I will never use RAC services again , including not renewing my Breakdown cover in May either , I’m going to go with the AA , bad PR & bad customer service ? shouldn’t use suppliers that are not good in customer after care ?.

Very poor service. Ordered an item 6 days ago, which the website said was in stock. Money taken from account. No confirmation email. Chased today and item is out of stock, it 'should' arrive by the end of the week and will be sent to me then. CS agent said the Terms and Conditions state that 'in stock', doesn't actually mean in stock at all. Plus I have to wait another 6 days for a refund. What a joke!

Updated to say that I since received 3 emails thanking me for my order, and no cancellation emails. Called back to find out that my order had not been cancelled at all. Now apparently has been. We wait and see!

Great website. Ease of use & check out. Product arrived well packaged & within delivery lead time promise. exactly as description & very pleased with the product which is very well made & mist economical purchase. Would recommend
