So far so good
So far so good. I have a Intel Xeon E3-1230v2 unmanaged server with them, hosted in france, deployment time was about ~24h give or take. The support was honestly stellar. All the tickets I've ever opened were answered in less than 1h.
To be fair it's been less than a month since I have the server. Remains to be seen in the future how they hold.

I had a lot of lag spikes and I lost customers about that .
I moved my server to another dedicated server and everything runs smoothly now, so it was your issue and you never tried to find what is going on.
I was talking about your company to all of my friends.
You just lost a customer that will spread the world about your support.

It's practically impossible for us to help you out if you do not provide us the information we need to diagnose the problem. If you choose to ignore our answer to your support ticket, we are not able to take the appropiate steps to help you with your issue. We would've been more than happy to provide you a replacement server if the information we asked for was provided, instead you chose to move to another provider straight away. Whilst we understand your frustration, we've tried our best to help you out, however with limited information there's nothing else we can do.
