Garden badminton set
This looked good on the website, providing both adult and children's rackets with zip-up case, together with net, posts and guy ropes. Goods arrived next day as requested. We had such a lot of fun, lots of laughs trying to serve - so different to tennis! Our grandchildren give it 10/10 and can't wait to play again next time they visit.

Found a badminton racket I wanted to order but before I placed my order I needed to ask a question. As it was in the evening I didn’t expect to get a reply until the next day but I got an immediate response. A lovely gentleman answered my question which enabled me to go ahead & place my order. Failed racket and poor customer service
We purchased 2 beginners badminton rackets just before xmas, we have played about 6 gentle games (as we are total beginners) with them but the head flew out of the handle during the last game, dangerously flying onto the adjoining court. My complaint has been completely dismissed suggesting I have damaged the racket through improper use - which is not the case. Avoid RacketWorld and the cheaper rackets they sell. And in response to thier reply. The racket has slight scratches on top this is due to me scraping the shuttle off the floor. We literally had played 6 gentle games (which they r calling matchplay!) when the head flew out of the handle. They've completely dismissed my account of events, not even an apology, when I sent several emails until resorting to given up and warming others. Poor produce, poor customer services.

Buyer purchased two recreational rackets intended for garden play but they have been used in match play for nearly 6 months. In the images sent to use by email they show the top of the frame has received contact which will have caused stress in the handle and eventually the handle has given way.
We have also been threatened with negative feedback if we did not replace the goods but as a company we have a policy in place to cover faults but not damage from improper use.

The ball is very light and it's getting fly. The racket does not have the XL written and it's only matchpoint.

Thank you for your review. Your order was for a racket with a 112 sq inch head size which is classed as Oversize, therefore XL relates to the head size.
An oversize head offers a lot of power so if you are finding you have no control this may not be the correct racket to suit your game.
The balls you have received are ITF approved so meet all the standards for competitive play.
