Ordered via Amazon
Ordered via Amazon. Didn't receive order on day expected, checked tracking which showed a delay to delivery. Contacted them when I didn't receive them on new date. They said tracking from Evri showed they had been delivered therefore couldn't do anything. I have no product and they refuse to refund because Evri records shows delivered, despite my records showing still to be delivered. Not interested in helping customers. Extremely poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Hi Elaine. All delivery disputes have to be taken up by us with the courier or via Amazon if Amazon were the shipper. If you can provide me with your order information i can follow this up to see how it was dealt with and the outcome with EVRI.
